【摘要】: 教学动机是驱动教师积极参与教学活动的心理动力,对教师的教学行为有激活、维持和调节的作用,在教学活动中,幼儿教师教学动机的具体表现形式为教师的教学积极性、教学态度以及教学行为。作为驱使幼儿教师进行教学活动的内在动力,教学动机在教学活动中发挥着主导性和制约性的功能,其正确性与否、强度大小会直接或间接地影响着幼儿教师教学态度的优劣、教学内容的确定、教学原则的把握、教学方法的选择以及教学创造性的发挥,直接影响幼儿教师教学活动的效果与水平。幼儿对成人具有较强的依赖性,受暗示性也很强,幼儿教师导向正确、强度适中的教学动机会极大地激发幼儿的活动热情和学习动力,影响幼儿的学习动机。幼儿教师是幼儿教育事业的第一资源,是幼儿教育活动直接的参与者、组织者、实施者和评价者,是幼儿教育最基本的力量和保证。教学动机作为影响幼儿教师教育水平重要因素之一,对幼儿教育乃至各类教育的发展也具有深远的影响。幼儿教师的教学动机是影响幼儿教育教学质量的重要心理因素,我们有必要深入探讨幼儿教师的教学动机。 本文主要分为三个部分:第一部分,幼儿教师教学动机对于幼儿教育的重要影响。首先分析了幼儿教师教学动机的内涵,在此基础上论述了幼儿教师的教学动机对幼儿教师的教育素质、幼儿的身心发展以及幼儿教育事业发展的重要影响。教学动机是驱动教师积极参与教学活动的心理动力,可以激发、维持和调节教师的教学行为,而在教
