幼儿园家长委员会的研究

【摘要】： 幼儿园家长委员会由家长代表组成,是代表着全体家长和幼儿利益的常设性群众组织,起着联系幼儿园和家庭的桥梁和纽带的作用。本研究论述了幼儿园家长委员会运作的现状,分析了存在的问题,探寻了影响的因素,提出了改进的建议。研究者对国内外幼儿园家长委员会的相关研究文献进行了综述,探讨了已有研究的成效、不足以及对本研究的启示;援引了利益群体理论及支持关系理论作为本研究的理论基础,简述了其主要观点以及对本研究的启示。本研究采用访谈法、问卷法、观察法和实物分析法作为研究方法,通过访谈幼儿园园长、教师和家长,向教师发放问卷,观察家长委员会的活动,收集相关实物,对家长委员会的成立目的、成员条件、组建方式、权利与义务、评价以及换届选举等方面进行了较为深入的研究。研究结果表明,幼儿园家长委员会的运作取得了一定的成效,具体表现在:成立目的较明确、成员条件较统一、组建方式较多元、权利与义务较全面、评价体系较健全、换届选举较公正等,但也存在一些不足,具体表现为:成立目的不够全面、成员条件标准不高、组建方式不够统一、权利与义务难以落实、评价中的自评不足、换届选举较不规范等;幼儿园家长委员会的这些成效与不足受到教育法规、教育观念、幼儿园与家庭等多种因素的影响。研究者还提出了一些建议,对幼儿教育管理部门的建议是:完善幼儿教育的法规,加强对幼儿园的管理;对幼儿园的建议是:提高家长的认识,引导家长的行为;对家庭的建议是:配合幼儿园的各种活动,明确自己的权利与义务。研究者最后还指出了本研究的特色与局限性,并提出了需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:The kindergarten parent committee, composed of parents' representatives, is a permanent mass organization representing the interests of all parents and children. This study discusses the current situation of the operation of the kindergarten parent committee, analyzes the existing problems, explores the influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. The researchers summarized the relevant research literature of the kindergarten parents' committee at home and abroad, discussed the results of the existing research, the shortcomings and the inspiration to this study; The theory of interest group and the theory of support relation are cited as the theoretical basis of this study. In this study, interview, questionnaire, observation and physical analysis were used as the research methods. Through interviews with kindergarten directors, teachers and parents, questionnaires were sent to teachers to observe the activities of parent committees and collect related objects. This paper makes a deep study on the purpose, membership, method, rights and obligations, evaluation and general election of the parents' committee. The results show that the operation of the kindergarten parents' committee has achieved certain results. The concrete performance is that the purpose of establishment is clear, the membership conditions are more unified, the way of formation is more diverse, the rights and obligations are more comprehensive, and the evaluation system is more perfect. The general election is fair, but it also has some shortcomings, such as: the purpose of establishment is not comprehensive enough, the standard of membership is not high, the method of formation is not uniform enough, the rights and obligations are difficult to implement, and the self-assessment in evaluation is insufficient. The results and shortcomings of the kindergarten parents' committee are influenced by many factors, such as educational law, educational concept, kindergarten and family, etc. The author also put forward some suggestions, such as perfecting the law of preschool education, strengthening the management of kindergarten, raising parents' understanding and guiding their behavior. The advice to the family is to work with kindergarten activities and clarify their rights and obligations. Finally, the author points out the characteristics and limitations of this study, and points out the problems that need further study.
