质量监测视角下的美国早期儿童学习与发展评价

【摘要】:在当前学前教育质量提升的全球化追求之背景下,基于质量监测的视角加强早期儿童学习与发展的评估已受到空前关注。美国的早期儿童评价方案体现了其较为突出的特点,即评价目的聚焦于促进儿童发展、推动政策制定;评价内容体现多元化,同时关注学习结果和能力导向;评价工具显现以观察评定量表和叙事性评价相结合;评价系统组织彰显出评价主体多元参与、共同协商,评价数据全面公开的特点。它对于思考和构建我国学前教育质量监测体系、完善质量监测内容指标、建设多元化评估工具等带来了重要的启示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the globalization of the quality improvement of preschool education, the evaluation of early childhood learning and development based on quality monitoring has been paid more and more attention.The early Childhood Evaluation Program in the United States embodies its outstanding characteristics, that is, the purpose of evaluation is focused on promoting children's development and policy making, while the content of evaluation is diversified, and attention is paid to learning results and ability orientation.The evaluation tools show the combination of observation rating scale and narrative evaluation, and the organization of evaluation system shows the characteristics of multiple participation of evaluation subjects, joint consultation, and comprehensive disclosure of evaluation data.It brings important enlightenment to thinking and constructing the quality monitoring system of preschool education in our country, perfecting the content index of quality monitoring and constructing diversified evaluation tools.
