德国巴登—符腾堡州幼儿园教育计划纲要及其对我国幼儿教育的启示

【摘要】:德国作为欧洲的经济强国和制造业强国,在全球范围内所取得的成就是有目共睹的。人们在看到德国所取得的成就的同时也会进一步寻找这一切产生的原因,进而发现教育的重要作用。德国民众历来重视教育,在他们看来,教育的发展,人才的不断涌现,是一个国家处于国际领先地位的重要原因。随着全球化进程的不断加剧,各国之间的交流与合作在不断地增强,其中教育领域的学习与合作也尤为重要。交流与合作的过程更多的是各国之间互相学习、互相借鉴的过程。本文试图通过对德国巴登-符腾堡州的幼儿教育政策进行了解与分析,以及与中国的学前教育政策相比较,取长补短,来进一步丰富和发展我们的学前教育理论,并且让更多的人了解德国的学前教育现状。 本论文共分为三部分: 第一部分是本研究的基础。笔者从研究的缘起、研究的意义、研究的思路与方法和研究现状综述四个方面入手,分别概述了本篇论文的研究缘起,,详细阐述了该研究的理论意义与实践价值,进一步明确本研究的价值和目的,充分把握研究的具体研究思路和方法,为本研究的顺利进行指明了方向、理清了思路,同时对与本研究相关的研究进行了归纳和总结,为本研究提供了理论与实践方面的支持。 第二部分是本研究的理论基础,在这一部分笔者着重从三个方面进行介绍,首先,笔者阐述了德国巴登—符腾堡州幼儿园教育计划纲要颁布的社会背景、颁布的主体、颁布的宗旨,并且通过表格的形式对计划纲要的组成做了明确的呈现。其次,介绍了教育工作的基础和目标即从儿童的角度出发制定教育计划纲要,明确了计划纲要的出发点。并进一步阐述了幼儿园教育计划纲要对“教育”和“教养”含义的理解、儿童成长过程中内因与外因的相互作用、儿童在与环境相互作用过程中的学习方式和成长方式、游戏对儿童成长的重要影响、儿童早期良好动机的形成在儿童一生中的重要性、儿童成长与发展过程中的多样性与差异性等方面。第三,由于论文篇幅所限,笔者从幼儿园的教育与成长领域出发,从身体、感官、语言、思维、感情和同情、意义价值和宗教六个领域选择了身体、语言和思维三个领域,对德国幼儿园教育发展的目标、有启示作用的问题,与小学的进一步衔接三方面做了全面的呈现与分析。 第三部分是本研究所得出的启示,即本研究的总结与反思。笔者通过对德国巴登—符腾堡州幼儿园教育计划纲要的解读,并且通过对两国的计划纲要所做的比较,从内容角度和形式角度分别阐述了德国教育计划纲要的特色,以及值得我们学习、思考和借鉴的优点。为我国教育政策的制定以及幼儿教育工作者在教育工作中的教学活动设计提供了一点参考。
[Abstract]:Germany, as an economic and manufacturing power in Europe, has made remarkable achievements around the world. People will look for the reasons for all of this while seeing what Germany has achieved. The German people have always attached importance to education. In their view, the development of education and the continuous emergence of talents are the important reasons why a country is in the leading position in the world. Exchanges and cooperation among countries are constantly increasing, among which learning and cooperation in the field of education are particularly important. The process of exchange and cooperation is more about learning from one another. This paper attempts to understand and analyze the early childhood education policy of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg state in Germany and compare it with the pre-school education policy in China. To further enrich and develop our preschool education theory, and let more people understand the status quo of preschool education in Germany. This thesis is divided into three parts:. The first part is the basis of this study. The author summarizes the origin of this paper from four aspects: the origin of the study, the significance of the study, the ideas and methods of the research and the current situation of the research. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is expounded in detail, the value and purpose of this study are further clarified, the specific research ideas and methods are fully grasped, the direction of the study is pointed out, and the train of thought is clarified. At the same time, the research related to this study is summarized and summarized, which provides theoretical and practical support for this study. The second part is the theoretical basis of this study. In this part, the author focuses on the introduction from three aspects. Firstly, the author expounds the social background and the main body of the promulgation of the kindergarten education program of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg. The purpose of the promulgation, and through the form of a table to make a clear presentation of the composition of the plan. Secondly, introduced the basis and objectives of the education work, that is, from the perspective of children to develop the outline of the education plan, This paper clarifies the starting point of the plan outline, and further expounds the understanding of the meaning of "education" and "upbringing" in the outline of kindergarten education plan, and the interaction between internal and external causes in the process of children's growth. The way children learn and grow up in the process of interacting with the environment, the important impact of play on children's development, and the importance of the formation of good early motivation in children's life, Third, due to the limitations of the paper, the author starts from the field of kindergarten education and growth, from the body, senses, language, thinking, feelings and sympathy. The six fields of meaning value and religion have chosen three fields of body, language and thought, and have made an overall presentation and analysis on the goal of the development of kindergarten education in Germany, the problem of enlightening function, and the further connection with primary school. The third part is the enlightenment of this study, that is, the summary and reflection of this study. The author interprets the outline of kindergarten education plan of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg state in Germany, and makes a comparison between the two countries. From the angle of content and form, this paper expounds the characteristics of the German educational plan outline, and it is worth learning. It provides a reference for the formulation of educational policy and the design of teaching activities for preschool educators.
