对完善西部农村幼儿教师供给保障机制的思考

【摘要】:幼儿师资质量已经成为制约我国西部农村学前教育可持续发展的瓶颈。改革幼儿教师招生制度、完善引入机制、实施聘任制、建立合理的流动机制是保障西部农村幼儿教师供给,稳定农村幼儿教师队伍的关键。
[Abstract]:The quality of preschool teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of preschool education in rural areas of western China.Reforming the enrollment system of preschool teachers, perfecting the introduction mechanism, implementing the employment system, and establishing a reasonable flow mechanism are the keys to ensure the supply of preschool teachers in the western rural areas and to stabilize the ranks of rural preschool teachers.
