国外幼儿教育软件评价机制研究

【摘要】:随着国家对幼儿教育信息化的重视,作为计算机“头脑”的幼儿教育软件也越来越受到重视,近年来涌现出了一大批幼儿教育软件的供应商,但是摆在我们面前的是对幼儿教育软件的评价,什么样的软件是优秀的、发展适宜性的。特别是我国幼儿教育软件的评价还没有自成体系,没有一个良好的运行机制。而相对我国幼儿教育软件评价机制发展情况,国外发达国家的幼儿教育软件评价机制发展比较成熟。为此,本文致力于国外发达国家(美国、英国和新西兰)幼儿教育软件评价机制研究,试图为我国家庭或者学校选购教育软件时提供指导性帮助,在借鉴国外幼儿教育软件评价机制的先进经验的基础上,为我国的幼儿教育软件评价机制的建设与发展提供可参考的信息。 本文首先对国内外的相关文献进行了检索,对有关幼儿教育软件评价的数据资料进行了梳理,在全面了解我国以及全球的幼儿教育软件评价机制的基础上,以CITESPACE为工具,,以其生成的科学知识图谱为基础,分别选择了美国、英国和新西兰幼儿教育软件评价机制进行介绍与分析。 本文以文献研究法和比较研究法为主要的研究方法,主要通过学术数据库搜索论文,查阅相关机构网站以及相关文献资料的收集,在对资料理解、深入研究的基础上,对美国、英国和新西兰的幼儿教育软件评价机制进行系统的阐述。本文主要进行了以下几个方面的工作: ①在对国内外幼儿教育软件评价研究综述的基础上,对本文的选题以及其选题意义和可行性进行了阐述。由于我国幼儿教育信息化以及幼儿教育软件处于刚刚起步的阶段,而国外发达国家这方面发展的比我国成熟,因此借鉴国外先进的经验是我国幼儿教育软件评价发展的必然过程。第二部分对幼儿教育软件和评价机制的概念做了详细的解释,在本文中评价机制主要包括评价主体、评价标准、评价过程等方面。 ②通过了解中外幼儿教育软件评价机制的现状,发现我国幼儿教育软件评价存在的问题以及评价机制中存在的问题,如评价主体单一、评价过程不透明等问题。本文选择了美国、英国和新西兰为发达国家幼儿教育软件评价机制的代表国家,分析这些国家的幼儿教育软件评价主体、评价方法和标准、评价过程等方面对这些国家的评价机制有一个全面的了解。美国的幼儿教育软件评价最显著的特点就是评价多元化,评价标准层次性较强,精度高;英国的幼儿教育软件评价的模式与美国的很像,相对没有美国的多元,但是该国家较重视奖项的设立;新西兰幼儿教育软件评价机制相对较简单,但是该国家政府对幼儿教育软件评价的支持是其他国家所没有,也是值得我们学习的。 ③论文的最后,在以上研究的基础上,启示我国幼儿教育软件评价机制,将三个国家的共同点总结并借鉴他们的先进经验。这些启示分别是:建立我国幼儿教育软件多元评价主体、制定适合我国国情的评价标准、评价过程规范化和透明化等,希望政府能支持幼儿教育软件评价机制发展,关注少数民族以及建立软件评价导航网站,通过以上研究和相关的启示,期望推动我国幼儿教育软件评价机制的进程。论文结尾指出了研究的不足与以后努力方向。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the country to the information of preschool education, the software of preschool education, as the "mind" of the computer, has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, a large number of suppliers of preschool education software have emerged, but the evaluation of the software for preschool education is in front of us. What kind of software is excellent and is suitable for development. It is that the evaluation of China's early childhood education software has not been established and has no good operating mechanism. But compared with the development of the evaluation mechanism of early childhood education software in China, the development of the evaluation mechanism of early childhood education software in developed countries is relatively mature. Therefore, this article is devoted to the early childhood education in developed countries (United States, Britain and New Zealand). The study of software evaluation mechanism tries to provide guidance for the purchase of educational software for families or schools in China. On the basis of the advanced experience of foreign kindergarten education software evaluation mechanism, it provides reference information for the construction and development of the evaluation mechanism of early childhood education software in China.
This paper first retrieves the relevant literature at home and abroad, combs the data of the evaluation of early childhood education software, and on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation mechanism of early childhood education software in China and the world, selects the United States, the United Kingdom and the new knowledge map based on CITESPACE as a tool and based on its generated scientific knowledge map. In this paper, the main research methods are literature research method and comparative study method, mainly through the academic database search paper, consulting the relevant agency website and the collection of related documents. On the basis of information understanding and in-depth study, this paper systematically expounds the evaluation mechanism of young children education software in the United States, Britain and New Zealand. On the basis of the review of the evaluation and Research on the software of early childhood education at home and abroad, this paper expounds the topic of this paper and the significance and feasibility of the selection of this topic. Because the information of preschool education and the software of preschool education are in the just start stage, the developed countries in foreign countries are more mature than our country in this respect, so learn from the advanced foreign countries. The experience is the inevitable process of the development of the evaluation of early childhood education software in China. In the second part, the concept of early childhood education software and evaluation mechanism is explained in detail. In this article, the evaluation mechanism mainly includes the evaluation subject, the evaluation standard, the evaluation process and so on.
Secondly, through the understanding of the present situation of the evaluation mechanism of Chinese and foreign children's education software, we find the problems in the evaluation of China's early childhood education software and the problems in the evaluation mechanism, such as the single evaluation subject and the opaque evaluation process. This paper chooses the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand as the representative country of the evaluation mechanism of early childhood education software in developed countries. There is a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation mechanism of these countries, such as the evaluation methods and standards, the evaluation process and so on. The most significant characteristics of the evaluation of the American preschool education software are the evaluation of diversification, the high level of evaluation standards and the high accuracy; the evaluation of the English Education software for early childhood education in the United Kingdom. The price model is very similar to that of the United States, rather than the United States, but the country pays more attention to the establishment of the award; the New Zealand education software for early childhood education is relatively simple, but the government's support for the evaluation of early childhood education software is not in other countries and is worth learning.
At the end of the thesis, on the basis of the above research, the paper gives inspiration to the evaluation mechanism of China's early childhood education software, and summarizes the common points of the three countries and draws lessons from their advanced experiences. These revelations are as follows: establishing the multi-component evaluation subject of China's early childhood education software, making the evaluation criteria suitable for the national conditions of our country, and the standardization and transparency of the evaluation process. In the hope that the government can support the development of the evaluation mechanism of the early childhood education software, pay attention to the minority and establish the software evaluation navigation website. Through the above research and the related enlightenment, we hope to promote the process of the evaluation mechanism of the software for early childhood education in China. The end of the paper points out the shortage of the research and the future direction.
