儿童抗挫折能力培养研究

【摘要】: 抗挫折能力的培养对儿童的健康成长具有十分重要的意义,儿童时期是人格形成的关键期,儿童阶段抗挫折能力的发展是形成个体健全人格不可缺少的一部分。 本研究选取珠江三角洲地区广州市番禺区一间幼儿园为调查对象,在对该幼儿园的儿童的活动进行观察,并对该园的老师和儿童家长进行详尽的调查访谈的基础上,探讨了儿童在挫折面前不同表现和导致儿童受挫的原因,并从教育策略方面探讨幼儿园教育和家庭教育中培养和提高儿童抗挫折能力的方法途径,文章最后提出共建“家园合作模式”的教育策略来培养和提高儿童的抗挫折能力。文章希望能以一点窥全貌,展现一幅儿童在抗挫折能力方面的现状和教育方法的图景,同时也为儿童抗挫折能力的培养方面提出一些有益的建议和提供一份相关研究的文本。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of anti-frustration ability is of great significance to the healthy growth of children. Childhood is the key period for the formation of personality, and the development of anti-frustration ability is an indispensable part of the formation of individual healthy personality. In this study, a kindergarten in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Pearl River Delta region was selected as the research object, and the activities of the children in the kindergarten were observed, and the teachers and parents of the kindergarten were investigated and interviewed in detail. This paper probes into the different manifestations of children in front of setbacks and the causes of their frustration, and probes into the ways and means of cultivating and improving children's ability to resist setbacks in kindergarten education and family education from the aspect of educational strategies. Finally, the article puts forward the educational strategy of building the cooperation model of home to cultivate and improve children's ability to resist setbacks. It is hoped that the paper can show a picture of the present situation and educational methods of children's ability to resist setbacks, and at the same time put forward some useful suggestions and provide a text of relevant research for the cultivation of children's ability to resist setbacks.
