增强幼儿教师职业吸引力的策略

【摘要】：当前,学前教育专业毕业生入职比例低、已入职教师流失比例高、幼儿教师队伍质量不高的主要原因表现为"五过",即入职门槛过低、工资待遇过低、正式编制过少、发展空间过小及心理压力过大,这些问题造成了幼儿教师职业缺乏吸引力。增强幼儿教师职业吸引力的策略包括:制定幼儿教师聘用最低工资标准,稳定幼儿教师队伍;解决编制问题,增强教师职业信心;把好幼儿教师入职门槛,提高教师专业水平;加强职业情感教育,传递幼儿教师正能量;完善教师培养模式、实现职前职后培养一体化;建立科学考评机制,保障教师发展空间。
[Abstract]:At present, the main reasons for the low entry ratio of pre-school education graduates and the high wastage ratio of teachers who have already entered the profession, and the low quality of the early childhood teachers are "five over", that is, the threshold for entry is too low, the salary is too low, and the formal establishment is too low. Too little development space and too much psychological pressure, these problems make preschool teachers less attractive. The strategies to enhance the professional attractiveness of preschool teachers include: making the minimum wage standard for early childhood teachers, stabilizing the teaching staff, solving the problem of establishment, enhancing teachers' professional confidence, improving the entry threshold of early childhood teachers and improving the professional level of teachers. Strengthen the vocational emotional education, transfer the positive energy of preschool teachers, perfect the teacher training model, realize the integration of pre-service and post-service training, establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to ensure the development space of teachers.
