特色文化建设促进班级有效管理

【摘要】：本文简述了幼儿园班级管理的特殊性及重要性,提出“幼儿成长过程是一个慢慢学会自我管理的过程,幼儿园班级管理应有效促进幼儿自主发展和自主管理”的观点。同时从观念文化建设、人际文化建设、活动文化建设、物质文化建设、多元文化建设五个层面,详尽论述了特色文化建设促进班级管理的有效策略。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the particularity and importance of kindergarten class management, and points out that the process of preschool children's growing up is a process of learning self-management slowly, and that kindergarten class management should effectively promote the children's self-development and self-management. At the same time, from five aspects of concept culture construction, interpersonal culture construction, activity culture construction, material culture construction and multi-culture construction, this paper discusses in detail the effective strategies of promoting class management in the construction of characteristic culture.
