幼儿园英语教学存在的问题及其对策研究

【摘要】: 幼儿园英语教学主要是指:在一定的时间内创设一些模拟的英语环境,组织专门的英语教学,开展多种形式的英语游戏,组织日常生活活动的部分环节,以此培养幼儿参与英语活动的兴趣,提高幼儿英语交流的能力和语言敏感性,尊重理解多元文化,为今后正规的英语学习打下良好的基础。 在幼儿园开展英语教学是现代教育理念和素质教育的需求,也是全球化经济对英语人才的需求。其意义主要是完善幼儿的语言发展,并为幼儿将来能适应社会经济发展和教育发展奠定良好的基础。 我国在实施幼儿英语教学方面已经积累了一定的成果:特别是在东南沿海地区,教学理念得到了更新,在英语教学理论和实践方面积累了较丰富的经验,形成了一些较成功的教学模式和教学方法,给幼儿创造了良好的英语环境和氛围;教师和幼儿之间建立了一种较为和谐的学习方式,使幼儿对英语产生了较浓厚的兴趣,幼儿英语口语水平也有了一定的提高。但由于理论研究和实践条件的限制,也出现了许多明显的不足。 本研究通过观察,了解幼儿园英语教学的真实状况,并通过案例,分析存在问题的成因,,在此基础上提出改进教师英语教学行为与观念的建议。 本研究共分为四部分: 一、问题的提出。通过对所掌握材料的整理分析,发现国内外的大多数研究只停留在表面现象的认识与描述上,不能有现象认识其实质。而且对幼儿园英语教学的研究仅仅是一些零星的描述,没有系统深入的研究。 二、幼儿园英语教学的现状与问题。立足于幼儿园教育教学的实际,通过问卷分析和教学活动案例,对具体英语教学进行全方位分析,探察幼儿园英语教学的现状与存在的问题。 三、幼儿园英语教学问题的成因。通过文献和调查分析,从四个方面详细阐述了幼儿园英语教学问题的成因,即英语教学的目标没有准确定位、英语课程利用缺乏专业性、英语教学的模式陈旧、幼儿英语专业师资建设不足。 四、结论与建议。笔者在分析幼儿园英语教学问题成因的基础上,结合课堂观察和案例分析,从树立与新《纲要》相吻合的幼儿园英语教育新理念,合理设置幼儿园英语教师培养课程,创建具有开放性、共融性的英语教育模式,优化教学资源,提高教师的理论水平,加强行动研究这五个方面提出了改进幼儿园英语教学的建议。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten English teaching mainly refers to the creation of some simulated English environment in a certain time, the organization of specialized English teaching, the development of various forms of English games, and the organization of some links in daily life activities. In order to cultivate children's interest in participating in English activities, improve their English communication ability and language sensitivity, respect and understand multicultural, and lay a good foundation for formal English learning in the future. English teaching in kindergarten is not only the demand of modern educational idea and quality education, but also the demand of English talents in the global economy. Its significance is to perfect the language development of children and lay a good foundation for them to adapt to the development of social economy and education in the future. In our country, some achievements have been accumulated in the implementation of English teaching for young children: especially in the southeast coastal areas, the teaching concept has been updated, and rich experience has been accumulated in the theory and practice of English teaching. Some successful teaching models and teaching methods have been formed, which have created a good English environment and atmosphere for young children, and a more harmonious learning style has been established between teachers and children, which has made children have a strong interest in English. Children's oral English has also been improved to a certain extent. However, due to the limitations of theoretical research and practical conditions, there are many obvious deficiencies. By observing the real situation of kindergarten English teaching, this study analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward some suggestions to improve teachers' English teaching behaviors and concepts. This research is divided into four parts: first, put forward the problem. Through the analysis of the materials we have mastered, it is found that most of the researches at home and abroad only focus on the understanding and description of surface phenomena, and there are no phenomena to understand its essence. Moreover, the research on kindergarten English teaching is only a few sporadic descriptions, without systematic and in-depth study. Second, the present situation and problems of kindergarten English teaching. Based on the reality of kindergarten education and teaching, through questionnaire analysis and case study, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of specific English teaching, and probes into the present situation and existing problems of kindergarten English teaching. Third, the causes of kindergarten English teaching problems. Through literature and investigation and analysis, this paper expounds in detail the causes of the problems in kindergarten English teaching from four aspects, that is, the target of English teaching does not have an accurate orientation, the use of English curriculum is lack of professionalism, and the English teaching mode is obsolete. The teacher construction of preschool English major is insufficient. IV. Conclusions and recommendations. On the basis of analyzing the causes of kindergarten English teaching problems, combined with classroom observation and case analysis, the author sets up a reasonable curriculum for kindergarten English teachers from the view of setting up a new concept of kindergarten English education, which coincides with the new outline. Some suggestions are put forward to improve English teaching in kindergarten from five aspects: opening and inclusive English teaching mode, optimizing teaching resources, improving teachers' theoretical level and strengthening action research.
