关于中职学前教育专业学生职业素质教育的思考

【摘要】:中职学前教育专业的毕业生,是当前幼教师资(尤其是农村、民办幼儿园师资)的主力军,在推动幼教事业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。但由于中职学校生源的特殊性以及学生的职业认同感低等主客观原因,学生的职业素质令人担忧。中职生职业的"低素质"不符合社会的"高要求",提高中职生的职业素质已成为当务之急。结合本地区的实际情况,提出通过尝试延长在校学习时间,重视师资专业化培养以及加强就业指导等多种措施,以提高学生职业素质,保证人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:Graduates majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools are the main force of preschool education teachers (especially teachers in rural areas and private kindergartens) and play an important role in promoting the development of preschool education. However, because of the particularity of students' source and the subjective and objective reasons of students' low professional identity, the students' professional quality is worrying. The "low quality" of vocational students in secondary vocational schools does not meet the "high requirements" of society. It is urgent to improve the professional quality of secondary vocational students. According to the actual situation in this area, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the students' professional quality and ensure the quality of talents training by trying to prolong the study time in school, pay attention to the professional training of teachers and strengthen the guidance of employment.
