武昌区幼儿园为社区儿童早期教育服务现状的调查研究

【摘要】: 国内外许多研究表明,加强幼儿园与家庭、社区的密切联系,构建幼儿园、家庭、社区三位一体的社区儿童早期教育模式及运行机制,形成社区儿童早期教育服务的正向合力,具有重要的现实意义。 武汉市武昌区幼儿园有哪些资源可以为社区儿童早期教育服务?社区居民对儿童早期教育的需求有哪些?幼儿园为社区儿童早教服务存在哪些问题?如何改进?研究者认为,研究这些问题,无论是从理论层面还是从实践层面来看都具有十分重要的意义。 本研究在参考国内外学者研究的基础上,采用调查研究的方法,选取了武昌区11个社区,110个家长样本、24所幼儿园,48位园长(教师)样本作为研究对象,通过访谈法、问卷法、文献法对所研究的问题进行了资料收集和分析。研究虽有可取之处,但也存在很多不足,需要做大量的后续研究加以完善。 研究结果表明,武昌区幼儿园为社区儿童儿童早期教育服务中呈现的情况是: 1.社区提供儿童早期教育服务的能力取决与本社区的人力、物力、财力等资源。 2.社区幼儿园没有充分发挥专业资源优势,开展社区居民需求的儿童早教服务。 3.社区儿童早教指导人员缺乏专业队伍。 对此,研究者认为:在目前的社会环境和综合条件下,要建立社区儿童早教服务网络,较为理想的模式是根据本地区实际,遵循0-3岁婴幼儿的身心规律,通过社区教育资源、家庭教育资源和学前教育机构教育资源的开发与整合,以学前教育机构为主导,家庭为载体,依托社区开展形式多样的家庭教育指导工作,促进0-3岁婴幼儿全面、健康、充分的发展,促进婴幼儿家长及看护人的科学育儿水平的提高。在此基础上初步形成以幼儿园为社区儿童早教中心,以社区儿童早教服务站为基础,以家庭为服务终端的社区儿童早教服务网络,行政部门作为决策层和各相关部门的管理层、幼儿园和社区儿童早教机构作为操作层三方联动,以开展服务性活动、培训活动、开放性活动、参与性活动、教育性活动、研究性活动等各种儿童早教服务活动为平台,建构幼儿园、家庭、社区三位一体的社区儿童早期教育模式,从而建立适应社会主义市场经济的管理体制,逐步形成政府重视,教育部门主管,各有关部门积极参与,社会各方关心、支持儿童早期教育的良好的社会环境。 对社区儿童早教理想模式的构建,研究者提出了以下的建议: 1、社区儿童早教机构必须有政府及各部门的扶持和帮助。 2、以社区为依托,落实“托幼保教一体化”。 3、提高社区居民对儿童早期教育的认识。 4、加强社区儿童早期教育指导队伍的建设和培训 5.以活动为载体,全面、细致地提高社区儿童早教水平。
[Abstract]:Many studies at home and abroad show that strengthening the close relationship between kindergarten and family and community, constructing the early education model and operation mechanism of kindergarten, family and community, and forming the positive resultant force of community early education service. It has important practical significance. What resources can the kindergarten in Wuchang District of Wuhan serve for the early education of children in the community? What are the needs of community residents for early childhood education? What problems does kindergarten have for early education of children in the community? How to improve? The researchers believe that it is of great significance to study these problems both theoretically and practically. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this study selected the samples of 48 heads (teachers) of 110 parents from 24 kindergartens in Wuchang District by using the method of investigation and research. Through interviews and questionnaires, this study selected the samples of 48 heads (teachers) of 24 kindergartens in Wuchang District. The literature method is used to collect and analyze the data of the problems studied. Although there are some merits in the research, there are still many deficiencies, which need to be improved by a large number of follow-up studies. The results show that: 1. The community's ability to provide early childhood education depends on its human, material and financial resources. Community kindergartens do not give full play to the advantages of professional resources, community needs of early childhood education services. 3. Lack of professional staff for early education of children in community. In view of this, the researchers believe that under the current social environment and comprehensive conditions, the ideal model for establishing a community early education service network for children is to follow the physical and mental laws of children aged 0-3 and to adopt community education resources according to the actual situation in the region. The development and integration of family education resources and pre-school education resources, with preschool education institutions as the leading and family as the carrier, relying on the community to carry out a variety of family education guidance work, to promote 0-3 years old infants comprehensive and healthy, Full development to promote the scientific parenting level of parents and caregivers of infants and young children. On this basis, a network of community early education service for children based on kindergarten as community early education center, community early education service station for community children and family as service terminal is formed. The administrative department acts as the decision-making level and the management of all relevant departments. Kindergarten and community early childhood education institutions serve as a platform for all kinds of children's early education service activities, such as service activities, training activities, open activities, participatory activities, educational activities, research activities, etc. To construct a trinity model of early education for community children in kindergarten, family and community, so as to establish a management system adapted to the socialist market economy, and gradually form a management system that the government attaches importance to, the education department is in charge, and all relevant departments actively participate. All sectors of society are concerned and support a good social environment for early childhood education. For the construction of the ideal model of early education for community children, the researchers put forward the following suggestions: 1. Community early education institutions must have the support and help of the government and various departments. Third, improve community residents' understanding of early childhood education. 4. Strengthen the construction and training of community early education guidance team. Take the activity as the carrier, comprehensively, meticulously enhances the community child early education level.
