【摘要】：正近日,教育部办公厅下发了关于开展0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育试点的通知,决定在上海市、北京市海淀区等14个地区开展0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育试点,并对试点任务、内容和有关工作提出了明确要求。通知指出,0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育试点要按照党的十八大"努力办好人民满意的教育"的总体部署和"办好学前教育"的要求,以科学发展观为指导,坚持公益普惠的基本方向,充分整合公共教育、卫生和社区资源,
