幼儿教师与家长沟通现状研究

【摘要】: 家长工作是幼儿园管理的重要内容之一。良好家长工作不仅可以使家园双方建立有效的合作关系,促进幼儿身心健康发展,而且也能够有利于幼儿园的生存和发展。而一直以来,很多幼儿园的家长工作往往停留于双方简单表层互动形式,而有效地沟通并未受到重视。如今,不断有学者、幼教专家关注幼儿教师和家长沟通方面的研究,使得越来越多的幼教工作者和家长都意识到良好家园关系建立的根本在于提高双方沟通的有效性。 我国政府在针对如何提高家园有效沟通方面已出台了各种政策,但是现实幼儿教师和家长沟通中,还是存在这样或那样的问题。本研究拟从家园沟通理论入手,通过调查研究发现家园存在的沟通障碍,并对导致障碍出现的影响性因素进行剖析,从而提出改进沟通质量的建议,以达到提高和完善沟通有效性的目的。 本文由第一部分引言、三部分正文和附录组成。第一部分引言主要介绍了选题的背景和研究思路。父母和教师,作为儿童成长中的关键人物,其作用不言而喻。但在现实中常常可以发现,尽管教师和家长有着良好的沟通意图,但双方由于各种原因,经常会出现沟通障碍。通常是沟通双方产生误解,形成错误假设,开始了错误的解释,最后导致错误的交流。因此,本人在此背景下,采用问卷和访谈法,对教师和家长沟通现状研究分析,总结经验,发现问题,分析成因,提出建议,来加深双方对问题的统一认识,减少观念上的分歧,促进合作关系的建立,实现教育目标。 第二部分文现综述中,首先是进行了相关概念的界定。本研究中,幼儿教师与家长沟通障碍被定义为:教师与家长通过语言等各种媒介,在进行信息传递和思想交流过程中,由于某些因素的影响,造成沟通不畅,沟通中断。其次,阐述了沟通的理论基础。包括了人类生态学发展理论、社会互动理论、人际沟通理论。最后,分别从沟通必要性、沟通形式、沟通策略、沟通存在问题、影响沟通障碍方面,分别探讨了国内外对于教师和家长沟通方面的研究。 第三部分通过调查,揭示了幼儿教师和家长沟通存在的障碍,并分别从主、客观角度对此进行了影响性因素分析。在影响沟通的主观因素方面,论述了沟通双方存在沟通心理障碍、信任缺失、观念差异、角色障碍、信息障碍的问题。在影响沟通的客观因素方面,分别从幼儿园管理机制不完善、家庭内部成员之间缺少相互配合、缺乏社会环境支持这几个方面进行阐述。 第四部分提出了改进幼儿教师与家长沟通的建议。首先,要建立正确的沟通观念。其次,要营造良好的沟通环境。最后,要提高沟通者的沟通能力。
[Abstract]:Parent work is one of the important contents of kindergarten management. Good parental work can not only make the home and the two sides to establish an effective cooperative relationship to promote the physical and mental health of young children, but also conducive to the survival and development of kindergartens. However, many kindergarten parents tend to stay in the form of simple surface interaction, and effective communication is not paid attention to. Nowadays, scholars and preschool education experts pay more and more attention to the communication between teachers and parents, which makes more and more kindergarten teachers and parents realize that the foundation of establishing a good home relationship is to improve the effectiveness of communication between the two sides. Our government has issued a variety of policies on how to improve the effective communication of home, but there are still some problems in the communication between kindergarten teachers and parents. This study begins with the theory of home communication, through investigation and research, finds out that there are communication barriers in home, and analyzes the influencing factors that lead to the emergence of obstacles, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of communication. To achieve the purpose of improving and improving the effectiveness of communication. This article is composed of the first part of the introduction, three parts of the text and appendix. The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background of the topic and research ideas. Parents and teachers, as key figures in the development of children, its role is self-evident. However, it is often found that, although teachers and parents have good communication intentions, communication barriers often occur for various reasons. Therefore, in this context, I use questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current communication situation between teachers and parents, sum up experience, find problems, analyze the causes, and put forward suggestions to deepen the unified understanding of the problems between the two sides. Reduce differences in ideas, promote the establishment of cooperative relations, and achieve educational goals. The second part is a summary of the first is the definition of related concepts. In this study, the communication barrier between teachers and parents is defined as: teachers and parents through language and other media, in the process of information transmission and ideological exchange, due to the influence of some factors, communication is not smooth, communication interruption. Secondly, it expounds the theoretical basis of communication. Including the development of human ecology theory, social interaction theory, interpersonal communication theory. Finally, from the aspects of communication necessity, communication form, communication strategy, communication problems and communication obstacles, this paper discusses the research on communication between teachers and parents at home and abroad. The third part, through investigation, reveals the obstacles of communication between teachers and parents, and analyzes the influencing factors from subjective and objective angles. In the aspect of subjective factors affecting communication, this paper discusses the problems of psychological barrier, lack of trust, difference of concept, obstacle of role and obstacle of information between the two sides of communication. In terms of the objective factors affecting communication, this paper expounds from the aspects of imperfection of kindergarten management mechanism, lack of mutual cooperation among family members and lack of social environment support. The fourth part puts forward some suggestions to improve communication between kindergarten teachers and parents. First of all, to establish a correct concept of communication. Second, to create a good communication environment. Finally, to improve the communication skills of communicators.
