地方应用型本科院校卓越教师培养的探索与实践——以大庆师范学院学前教育为例

【摘要】：《教育部关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》明确将"适应学前教育改革发展要求,构建厚基础、强能力、重融合的培养体系,培养一批热爱学前教育事业、综合素质全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼儿园教师"作为卓越幼儿教师的培养模式改革目标。大庆师范学院在卓越教师培养工作中,通过确定卓越学前教师培养标准、创新人才培养模式、构建课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善管理制度等措施,形成了一套独具特色的园校协同育人机制。

In the course of training excellent teachers, Daqing normal University has adopted measures such as determining the training standard of excellent pre-school teachers, innovating the training mode of talents, constructing curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks, perfecting the management system, etc. Has formed a set of unique garden and school coordination education mechanism.
