幼儿行为观察评价的指南针

【摘要】:幼儿行为观察评价是幼儿园教师的一项重要日常工作,是现代幼儿教师必须具备的一项基本技能。《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》指引着幼儿教育工作,它是教师对幼儿进行观察评价的指南针,帮助教师明确观察目的、细化观察内容,提出恰当的干预策略,进行有效的家园沟通,提升家园共育的合力。
[Abstract]:Observation and evaluation of children's behavior is an important daily work for kindergarten teachers and a basic skill that modern preschool teachers must possess. The guide for learning and development of children aged 3 to 6 years old guides the work of early childhood education. It is a compass for teachers to observe and evaluate young children. It helps teachers to define the purpose of observation, refine the contents of observation, put forward appropriate intervention strategies, carry out effective home communication, and promote the resultant force of home co-breeding.
