番禺区榄核镇农村幼儿园发展研究

【摘要】: 幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,发展幼儿教育对于促进儿童身心全面健康发展,普及义务教育,提高国民整体素质,实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标具有重要意义。广州市番禺区榄核镇是一个位于广东珠三角地区的农村镇,本文主要从该镇幼儿园生存、发展的实际情况出发,摆事实、析原因、探对策,针对当地农村幼儿园的生存现状进行了详细的调查、研究,认真分析了当地幼儿教育滞后的原因,并提出促进幼儿园发展的对策、建议,希望通过把自身在工作实际中的思考与教育教学理论学习相结合,来寻找一条促进当地幼儿教育发展的可行之路。 本文从榄核镇幼儿园的办园条件着手,就幼儿园的经费、园舍、设施设备、规模、师资配置等五个方面列举数据说明幼儿园的生存现状与问题:剖析了导致榄核镇幼儿园发展水平较低的四大原因,即镇、村行政认识不足、缺乏优质教育资源、幼师队伍不稳定以及经费来源渠道窄;结合榄核镇的实际情况以及幼儿教育发展的要求,对榄核镇幼儿园发展提出了完善管理体制、强化领导监督,拓宽办园模式、加强规范指导,统筹收费标准、解决运作经费,稳定师资队伍、加大师培力度等四大对策,力争提升办园层次。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education. The development of early childhood education is of great significance in promoting the healthy development of children's body and mind, popularizing compulsory education, improving the overall quality of the people and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Ruanghe Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou is a rural town located in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong. This article mainly starts from the actual situation of the existence and development of kindergartens in this town, puts forward the facts, analyzes the reasons, and probes into the countermeasures. This paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the survival status of local rural kindergartens, analyzes the reasons for the lag of local preschool education, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of kindergartens. The author hopes to find a feasible way to promote the development of local early childhood education by combining his own thinking in the actual work with the study of educational and teaching theory. This article starts with the conditions of running kindergarten in Lan-Ke town, and discusses the fund, the house, the facilities and the scale of the kindergarten. Five aspects, such as the allocation of teachers, are cited to illustrate the status quo and problems of kindergarten existence: the four main reasons leading to the low level of kindergarten development in Ruanghui Town are analyzed, that is, the lack of administrative knowledge in town and the lack of high-quality educational resources. The contingent of kindergarten teachers is unstable and the source of funds is narrow; According to the actual situation of Rugby Town and the requirements of the development of preschool education, this paper puts forward a perfect management system for the development of Rugby Town kindergarten, strengthens the leadership and supervision, widens the mode of running the garden, strengthens the standardized guidance, coordinates the charge standard, and solves the operating expenses. To stabilize the teaching staff, to increase the strength of master training and other four countermeasures, and strive to improve the level of running the garden.
