观察——实现师幼有效互动的前提

【摘要】:幼儿教育由于其教育对象的特殊性,要收到良好的教育效益,更需要教师细致的观察。在观察中了解幼儿:了解幼儿的经验获得、能力发展、心理需要以及个体的学习方式;在观察中开展活动:在观察中捕捉活动主题、进行有效指导、调控活动进程等。这样才能真正实现有效的师幼互动。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of its educational object, preschool education needs teachers' careful observation in order to receive good educational benefits. To understand young children in observation: to understand children's experience acquisition, ability development, psychological needs and individual learning style; to carry out activities in observation: to capture the theme of activities in observation, to conduct effective guidance, to regulate the process of activities, etc. Only in this way can the effective interaction between teachers and children be realized.
