幼儿教师心理弹性水平提升策略探析

【摘要】：建设一支高素质的幼儿教师队伍是学前教育事业健康发展的保证。在幼儿教师职业化教育过程中,通过塑造积极人格、提升自我效能、建构有力的社会支持系统等途径,注重幼儿教师心理弹性培养与提升,增强幼儿教师心理弹性水平,是减少幼儿园暴力事件的有效应对措施之一。
[Abstract]:The construction of a high-quality preschool teachers is the guarantee of the healthy development of preschool education. In the process of professional education of preschool teachers, by means of shaping positive personality, promoting self-efficacy and constructing a strong social support system, we should pay attention to the cultivation and promotion of preschool teachers' psychoelasticity, and enhance the level of preschool teachers' psychological elasticity. It is one of the effective measures to reduce violence in kindergarten.
