我国幼儿园教育质量的现状——与1992年幼儿园质量状况比较

【摘要】：幼儿园教育质量是关系儿童快乐生活和健康发展的关键问题。"幼儿园教育质量的发展现状与促进研究"通过系统的专业取向的评价研究,获取了大量观察和访谈资料,与1992年的相关数据进行比较,可以发现当前我国幼儿园基本拥有良好的物质环境,教师队伍年轻化,显示出一定的专业化倾向,幼儿园半日活动内容全面,操作实践成为幼儿的主要学习方式,但同时也存在材料的提供不适合幼儿的发展需求,课程随意性大,过分强调特色,没有保证幼儿学习内容的均衡,教师倾听和关注幼儿少,幼儿语言表达和交流少,区县层面幼儿园教育质量的评估与促进工作有待加强等突出问题。为提高教育质量,当前我国幼儿园应着重建设高质量的班级环境和课程,努力提高教师的教育智慧,并持续开展有针对性的基于实践的教研活动。
[Abstract]:The quality of kindergarten education is the key to the happy life and healthy development of children. " Research on the Development and Promotion of the quality of Kindergarten Education "through the systematic evaluation of professional orientation, a large number of observations and interviews were obtained and compared with the relevant data in 1992. It can be found that kindergarten in our country basically has a good material environment, teachers are younger, showing a certain tendency of specialization, kindergarten half-day activity content is comprehensive, the practice of operation has become the main way of learning for young children. But at the same time, there are also some materials that are not suitable for the development needs of young children. The curriculum is arbitrary, overemphasizes the characteristics, does not guarantee the balance of children's learning content, teachers listen to and pay little attention to young children, and the language expression and communication of young children are less. The evaluation and promotion of kindergarten education quality at district and county level need to be strengthened. In order to improve the quality of education, Chinese kindergartens should focus on the construction of high-quality class environment and curriculum, strive to improve teachers' educational wisdom, and continue to carry out targeted practice-based teaching and research activities.
