关于研究生创新力与控制力结合的探讨

【摘要】：目前社会各界对研究生创新力的培养已经比较重视,而对研究生控制力的培养多有忽略,如何将两者有机地结合起来更缺乏应有认识。本文通过问卷调查发现:我国研究生普遍认识到创新力与控制力的重要性,但许多研究生在学习中缺乏创新,在学习与日常生活中缺乏控制,且控制力比创新力更逊一筹。对此,提出了促进研究生创新力与控制力培养有机结合的建言。
[Abstract]:At present, people from all walks of life have paid more attention to the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability, but the cultivation of graduate students' control power has been neglected, and how to combine the two together organically is lack of proper understanding. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper finds that our graduate students generally realize the importance of innovation and control, but many graduate students lack innovation in their study, lack of control in their study and daily life, and their control is worse than innovation. In view of this, put forward to promote the graduate student innovation ability and the control ability training organically unifies the proposal.
