学位与研究生教育学科自我评估系统的研究

【摘要】： 研究生培养质量是学位与研究生教育的生命线，如何保证研究生培养质量，提高学位授予水平，已成为学位与研究生教育的根本问题。因此，根据各高校的实际情况，建立高校内部学位与研究生自我评估制度，区分学科门类，按学科确定质量评价标准，制定科学合理的评估指标体系，开展自我评估工作至关重要。本论文依托全国高等教育科学“十五”规划重点研究课题《高等学校学科管理体系的研究》和研究生院《学科建设量化评估系统的研究与实现》项目建设，针对国内该领域发展中存在着国内高校学科自我评估体系尚不健全，以及信息技术在自我评估中的运用有待发展的问题，对学位与研究生教育学科自我评估系统进行了研究，并结合工科院校的特点和实际情况，研究工科院校学科建设管理及自我评估工作，在理论研究、现状调研和专家走访的基础上，，依托原有评估指标体系并提出修订意见。同时运用层次分析法设计有针对性的调查问卷，向国务院学位办及清华大学、北京交通大学、北京邮电大学等工科院校学位与研究生教育学科管理专家及资深教授进行问卷调查，对采集到的数据进行统计分析以确定各要素的权重，并对权重分配的合理性进行分析论证和专家再调研，最后，运用信息技术和教育技术学教学设计的理念设计出一套适用于工科院校的学位与研究生教育学科自我评估系统平台。希望该研究能对我国高等教育工科院校学位与研究生教育学科自我评估工作的探索和发展有一定的启发和帮助作用。
[Abstract]:The quality of postgraduate training is the lifeline of degree and graduate education. How to guarantee the quality of graduate training and improve the degree of degree awarding has become the fundamental problem for the degree and graduate education. Therefore, according to the actual conditions of various colleges and universities, the system of internal degree and postgraduate self-evaluation in Colleges and universities is established to distinguish subjects and determine the quality according to the subject. It is very important to set up a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and carry out self assessment work.
This paper relies on the key research project of the National Higher Education Science "fifteen", the research on the discipline management system of higher schools and the research and Realization of the research and Realization of the quantitative evaluation system of discipline construction in the graduate school. In self evaluation, the application of the self-assessment system of degree and graduate education is studied. Combining the characteristics and actual conditions of Engineering Colleges and universities, the management of discipline construction and self-assessment of Engineering Colleges and universities is studied. On the basis of theoretical research, current situation investigation and expert visits, it relies on the original evaluation. The index system and the revised opinion were put forward. At the same time, the questionnaire was designed with the analytic hierarchy process. The questionnaire survey was carried out to the degree Office of the State Council, the Tsinghua University, the Beijing Jiaotong University, the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the graduate education discipline management experts and senior professors, and the data collected were statistically analyzed. In order to determine the weight of each element, and to analyze the rationality of the weight distribution and the expert re investigation. Finally, a set of self-assessment system for degree and graduate education is designed by using the idea of information technology and educational technology teaching design. It is hoped that this study can be used in the higher education engineering of China. It is of some inspiration and help to explore and develop the self assessment of academic degrees and postgraduate education.
