财政新政下高职院校内涵建设策略研究

【摘要】：党的十八大尤其是十八届三中全会以来,在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的过程中,我国全面深化财政体制和教育体制改革。在此背景下,高职院校内涵建设必须适应新的财政投入方式的要求。本文结合新形势下的财政体制改革政策,归纳提炼"加减乘除"财政投入教育新机制的基本含义,分析其对高职教育内涵建设产生的影响,进而提出适应新的财政投入机制高职院校内涵建设若干理念和策略。
[Abstract]:The 18 Party Congress, especially since the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, in the process of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, our country has comprehensively deepened the reform of the financial system and the education system. The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges must meet the requirements of the new financial input mode. This paper, combined with the reform policy of the financial system under the new situation, summarizes and refines the basic meaning of the new mechanism of "adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing" the financial input education. This paper analyzes its influence on the connotation construction of higher vocational education, and then puts forward some ideas and strategies to adapt to the new financial investment mechanism.
