【摘要】:教师专业发展是国际教育发展的必然趋势,中等职业学校教师专业发展也越来越受到国家的高度重视。近年来,国家教育部出台多项政策引导、鼓励和支持中等职业学校教师的专业发展。随着我国经济的崛起,,中国的旅游业进入飞速发展阶段。高速发展的旅游业需要大量高素质、高专业化程度的旅游人才。社会对高素质旅游人才的需求也对教师的专业发展程度提出了更高的要求。中职旅游教师专业发展,有利于中等职业学校旅游教师教育的制度化和规范化,有利于促进中等职业学校旅游教育的发展。 本文主要采用文献法、调查研究法和访谈法等研究方法。首先,运用文献法对国内外与教师专业发展、中职旅游教师专业发展的相关文献进行梳理;其次,运用调查问卷法,针对中职旅游教师当前存在的问题展开调查;再次,对部分中职旅游教师进行非结构型访谈,获得一手调查资料;最后,根据对调查结果的统计,分析我国中职旅游教师专业发展存在的问题及影响因素,并据此提出中职旅游教师专业发展的路径。 本论文主要由五部分组成:第一部分为绪论,主要阐述本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究综述、研究框架及研究方法;第二部分为中等职业学校旅游教师专业发展概述,主要阐述教师专业发展与教师专业化发展、中职教师专业发展的特征、中职旅游教师专业发展的意义及理论基础;第三部分为中职旅游教师专业发展现状与影响因素,在对中职旅游教师专业发展进行现状调查后,找出目前存在的问题并进行影响因素分析;第四部分为中职旅游教师专业发展的路径,主要从政府行政管理方面、中等职业学校方面和中职旅游教师方面进行阐述;第五部分为结语,阐述本论文的基本结论与主要观点并提出本文的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is the inevitable trend of international education development, secondary vocational school teachers professional development has been increasingly attached great importance to the country. In recent years, the Ministry of Education issued a number of policies to guide. To encourage and support the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers. With the rise of China's economy, China's tourism industry has entered a rapid development stage. The rapid development of tourism needs a large number of high-quality. High degree of professional tourism talents. The demand for high-quality tourism talents also put forward a higher level of professional development of teachers. Secondary vocational school tourism teachers professional development. It is beneficial to the institutionalization and standardization of tourism teacher education in secondary vocational schools and to the development of tourism education in secondary vocational schools. This article mainly uses the literature method, the investigation research method and the interview method and so on research method. First, uses the literature method to carry on the comb to the domestic and foreign and the teacher profession development, the secondary vocational school traveling teacher profession development related literature; Secondly, using the questionnaire method, aiming at the current problems of secondary vocational tourism teachers to carry out an investigation; Thirdly, some secondary vocational tourism teachers are interviewed with non-structural type, and the primary investigation data are obtained. Finally, according to the statistics of the survey results, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of the secondary vocational tourism teachers and the influencing factors, and puts forward the path of the professional development of the secondary vocational tourism teachers. This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the research background, research significance, research review, research framework and research methods; The second part is an overview of tourism teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools, which mainly expounds the characteristics of teachers' professional development and teacher professional development, as well as the characteristics of secondary vocational school teachers' professional development. The significance and theoretical basis of the professional development of tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools; The third part is the status quo and influencing factors of tourism teachers' professional development in secondary vocational schools. After investigating the current situation of tourism teachers' professional development in vocational schools, the author finds out the existing problems and analyzes the influencing factors. Part 4th is the path of professional development of secondary vocational tourism teachers, mainly from the government administration, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational tourism teachers. The 5th part is the conclusion, expounding the basic conclusions and main viewpoints of this paper and putting forward the deficiency of this paper.
