职业教育集团利益相关者协调机制的研究

【摘要】：职业教育关乎我国人才的培育,其团体组成较为复杂,主要包括政府部门、行业企业以及职业院校等多个机构。因此,团体成员之间存在着复杂的利益关系。为了使这些利益相关者可以相互协调发展,可从目的、组织、经济等方面进行协调机制的建立,努力建成法律法规完善、多元分配体系的协调机制,并配以相应的预警体系,进而帮助职业教育集团的利益相关者进行协调发展。只有迅速建立起完善的利益共享和责任划分以及协调机制才能够保证职业教育集团的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the coordination mechanism between the government departments , the industry enterprises , the vocational colleges and so on is complicated . In order to make these stakeholders coordinate the development , the coordination mechanism of the laws and regulations , the multi - distribution system and the corresponding early warning system should be set up , so as to help the stakeholders of the vocational education group to develop harmoniously . Only by rapidly establishing the perfect profit sharing and responsibility division and the coordination mechanism can ensure the sustainable development of the vocational education group .
