【摘要】:《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》中明确提出,“要完善教学标准体系,积极开发与国际先进标准对接的专业教学标准和课程标准……提高教学质量管理水平……”。在这种教育改革发展趋势下,“有效教学”成为当前职业教育关注的热门话题。五年制高职教育由高职高专院校承担,招收应届初中毕业生,学制五年,毕业后发给省教育厅验印的大专文凭,整体设计学生的知识、能力和素质结构,统筹安排中高等职业教育的课程体系,是中高职有效衔接的重要方式。但由于生源质量、培养模式等方面因素,教学质量却不容乐观。尤其是数学教学,主要问题表现在:一学生数学基础薄弱,对数学学习缺乏兴趣;二高职院校以技能培养为中心,不断削减数学教学课时,数学课教学质量令人堪忧。基于提高职业教育质量,在没有升学压力,生源质量下降,数学课时数不断被缩减的前提下,本人从数学活动的理论及特质的分析入手,探索如何有效提高五年制高职数学教学质量。本人认为,基于数学活动特质的五年制高职数学有效教学是指在教学过程中,教师秉着“以学生为主体,教师为主导”的理念,结合学生实际,精心设计有利于主体发展的各种教学方法,采用让学生自主探索与合作交流等数学学习方式,促进学生数学知识、专业技能的掌握和思维方式的提高,让不同层次的学生都得到适合自己程度的进步和发展,同时促进学生的可持续发展与教师的专业成长,以获得良好的教学效果、积极的教学效益及较高的教学效率的综合体现为目标的师生数学活动。目的是使五年制高职学生不但学到有用且够用的数学知识,而且使他们的创新意识和实践能力得到加强,从而满足后续专业课程学习及可持续发展的需要。本文主要分为五个部分:第一部分介绍了本课题的研究背景、目的和意义、研究思路、方法及研究现状;第二部分通过调查h学院五年制高职数学教学现状,分析h学院五年制高职数学教学低效的原因,提出基于数学活动特质的五年制高职数学有效教学研究的必要性;第三部分对数学活动特质及基于数学活动特质的数学有效教学做了具体分析与阐述;第四部分是通过一个具体的教学案例来说明如何基于数学活动特质进行五年制高职数学有效教学;第五部分针对五年制高职数学教学低效的原因,从设计有效的数学活动、提供有效的“再创造”的数学活动机会、基于学生的个体差异隐性分层因材施教及有效引导学生“数学地思维”四方面提出对策,以供同行参考。
[Abstract]:In the opinions of the Ministry of Education on deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way, it is clearly put forward that "the teaching standard system should be improved." Actively develop professional teaching standards and curriculum standards, which are connected with international advanced standards, and improve the level of teaching quality management. "... Under this trend of educational reform and development. "effective teaching" has become a hot topic in the current vocational education. The five-year higher vocational education is undertaken by the higher vocational and technical colleges, and enroll the fresh junior high school graduates and the school system for five years. After graduation, the college diploma is issued to the provincial education department to design the knowledge, ability and quality structure of the students as a whole, and to arrange the curriculum system of the secondary and higher vocational education as a whole. It is an important way to link up effectively in higher vocational schools. However, because of the quality of students and the training mode, the teaching quality is not optimistic. Especially in mathematics teaching, the main problems are: the students' mathematical foundation is weak. Lack of interest in mathematics learning; The quality of mathematics teaching is worrisome when the training of skills is the center of higher vocational colleges and the mathematics teaching courses are continuously reduced. Based on the improvement of the quality of vocational education, the quality of students decreases without the pressure of entering higher education. Based on the analysis of mathematical activity theory and characteristics, this paper explores how to effectively improve the quality of mathematics teaching in five-year higher vocational education. The effective teaching of mathematics in five-year higher vocational colleges based on the characteristics of mathematics activity means that in the teaching process, teachers are guided by the idea of "taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading force" and combining with the students' reality. Elaborate design of various teaching methods conducive to the development of the main body, let students explore independently and cooperative communication and other mathematical learning methods, to promote the students' mathematical knowledge, professional skills and the improvement of the way of thinking. Let different levels of students get their own level of progress and development, while promoting the sustainable development of students and professional growth of teachers, in order to obtain good teaching results. The positive teaching efficiency and the high teaching efficiency synthetically embody as the goal teachers and students mathematics activity, the goal is to make the five-year higher vocational students not only learn the useful and sufficient mathematics knowledge. And make their innovative consciousness and practical ability to be strengthened, so as to meet the needs of follow-up professional curriculum learning and sustainable development. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the research background of this topic. Purpose and significance, research ideas, methods and research status; The second part analyzes the reasons for the inefficiency of mathematics teaching in the five-year higher vocational education of h college by investigating the present situation of mathematics teaching in the five-year higher vocational colleges. The necessity of effective mathematics teaching research in five-year higher vocational colleges based on the characteristics of mathematical activities is put forward. The third part makes a concrete analysis and elaboration on the characteristics of mathematical activities and the effective teaching of mathematics based on the characteristics of mathematical activities. The 4th part is through a concrete teaching case to explain how to carry on the mathematics effective teaching based on the mathematics activity characteristic in the five-year higher vocational education; The 5th part aims at the reason of the inefficiency of mathematics teaching in five-year higher vocational education, from designing effective mathematics activity, providing effective "re-creation" mathematics activity opportunity. Based on students' individual differences, implicit stratification teaching and effective guidance of students'"mathematical thinking" four aspects of countermeasures are put forward for peer reference.
