【摘要】：高等职业院校作为应用技术科技创新的生力军,依托和服务地方经济、为中小企业提供技术服务是办学的一项非常重要的社会职能。徐州工业职业技术学校在广泛调研地方中小企业技术需求和充分挖掘发挥自身优势的基础上,构建了包括明确科技人才地位,实施技术服务方略、构建合理的绩效考核评价机制、实施多元化的薪酬体系、搭建多类型科技服务平台、营造良好的成长环境等有效的科技人才激励机制,取得了一系列的成效。
[Abstract]:As a new force of applied technology innovation, higher vocational colleges rely on and serve the local economy. Providing technical services to small and medium-sized enterprises is a very important social function in running schools. Xuzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical School on the basis of extensive investigation of local technical needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and the full exploitation of their own advantages. It includes defining the status of scientific and technological talents, implementing technical service strategy, constructing reasonable performance appraisal mechanism, implementing diversified salary system, and setting up multi-type sci-tech service platform. Create a good growth environment and other effective scientific and technological talents incentive mechanism, has achieved a series of results.
