【摘要】:我国高等职业教育经过二十几年的努力,已经形成了特征鲜明的人才培养模式:专业设置以市场为导向;教学设计以培养职业能力为宗旨;课程设置注意理论和实践并重;教师队伍朝“双师型”方向发展;人才培养走产学合作之路。然而,我国高等职业教育创业人才培养起步较晚,尚未形成比较完整的、结构合理的人才培养模式,高等职业教育创业人才培养模式的构建实乃当务之急。 论文根据近年来我国高等职业教育人才培养面临的各项改革要求,针对国家和社会对创新型、创业型人才的强烈需求现状,就高等职业院校如何打造创业人才培养模式进行了深入探讨和研究。利用文献研究法研究了大量国内外高等职业教育人才培养模式专著,创业人才培养相关的学术资料和理论,揭示了国内外高等职业教育创业人才培养现状;采用系统分析法对我国现有高等职业教育人才培养模式进行深入分析,从高等职业院校现行的招生、教学、实践、管理、服务、保障、评价、就业等人才培养基本流程入手,找到了创业人才培养现存问题;通过实地调研法对我国高等职业教育创业人才培养情况和社会及企业对创业型人才的需求进行调研,分析现有创业人才培养模式的不足,对调查搜集到的创业人才培养现存问题和发展趋势等资料进行比较、归纳,找到解决问题的办法,构建出我国高等职业教育创业人才培养新模式;运用个案分析法进一步验证新模式在高等职业教育创业人才培养中运用的可行性,并提出高等职业教育创业人才培养模式实施过程中相关的对策和建议。 论文从以下五个方面完成了我国高等职业教育创业人才培养模式构建。 创业人才培养战略。采用波特五力模型,对高等职业院校竞争力进行分析,明确了高等职业院校应充分兼顾供需双方的需求,采取差异化竞争策略,制定出了适合社会发展和国家要求的创业人才培养战略:以岗位为核心,需求为导向,就业为根本,开展高等职业教育创业人才培养,为社会和企业培养技能型、实用型、创新型、创业型人才。根据社会和企业的人才需求现状,确定了创业人才培养目标:培养创业管理者和创业者。 创业人才培养组织结构。从创新改革,整合资源,,紧贴市场等方面,阐述了创业人才培养发展规划的必要性和重要性,并提升了二级学院职能和服务管理保障职能。 创业人才培养课程体系。提出了创业人才培养课程设置四项原则;设计出创业意识、创业战略、创业知识和创业实战四项课程设置及其培养方式。 创业人才培养课程评价体系。制定了与创业意识、创业战略、创业知识和创业实战四项课程相配套的考核办法;形成了专业知识、岗位技能、创业能力、职业素质四位一体的创业人才培养课程评价标准。 创业人才培养招生与就业。构建出与创业人才培养相匹配的招生策略和就业推广方案。 论文按以下六部分顺序展开我国高等职业教育创业人才培养模式研究。第一部分:绪论;第二部分:高等职业教育创业人才培养模式相关理论;第三部分:我国高等职业教育创业人才培养现状与问题;第四部分:我国高等职业教育创业人才培养模式构建;第五部分:A学院创业人才培养模式的运用;第六部分:结论与展望。
[Abstract]:The higher occupation education in our country after 20 years of efforts, has formed a distinctive feature of the talent training mode of professional settings: market oriented; for the purpose of teaching design to cultivate the ability of occupation; paying attention to the theory and practice of curriculum; teachers towards "Double Teachers" development; talent cultivation production study cooperation in the road however, the higher occupation education talents cultivation in China started late, has not yet formed a relatively complete, reasonable structure of talent cultivation mode, mode construction is a pressing matter of the moment the higher occupation education talents cultivation.
In recent years, according to the talents of higher occupation education in our country to develop the reform requirements, according to the state and Society for innovation, present strong demand for the entrepreneurial talents of higher occupation colleges to build entrepreneurial talent training mode in-depth discussions and research. Using literature research method to study a large number of domestic and foreign talents of higher occupation education training mode of monographs, the related academic data and theory of entrepreneurial talents, it revealed that the higher occupation education talents cultivation status; on China's current higher occupation education talents training modes were analyzed by system analysis, from the higher occupation colleges enrollment, teaching, practice, management, service, security, evaluation. Employment training basic process to start, find the existing problems of entrepreneurial talents training; through on-the-spot investigation and education for our higher vocational And the social and business needs of entrepreneurial talent training industry professionals to research on the mode of training the entrepreneurial talent, the survey collected the entrepreneurial talent training existing problems and development trend were compared, summed up, find a way to solve the problem, build a new talent training mode of higher occupation education in our country the use of case analysis; to further verify the feasibility of using the new mode of talent in higher occupation education training, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions related to the training mode in the process of implementing the higher occupation education talents.
From the following five aspects, the thesis has completed the construction of the training mode of China's higher vocational education.
Entrepreneurial talent training strategy. The Potter five forces model to analyze the competitiveness of higher occupation colleges, the higher occupation colleges should fully take into account the needs of both supply and demand, adopt differentiated competitive strategy, develop entrepreneurial talent training strategy for social development and national requirements: take the post as the core, demand, employment as a fundamental and the development of higher occupation education talents cultivation, skills training, social and enterprise practical, innovative and entrepreneurial talents. According to the social and enterprise talent demand status, determined the goal of entrepreneurial talents training: training business managers and entrepreneurs.
The organizational structure of entrepreneurial talents training is expounded. From the aspects of innovation, reform, integration of resources and market, this paper expounds the necessity and importance of entrepreneurial talent training and development plan, and improves the function and service management guarantee function of the two level college.
The curriculum system of entrepreneurship training is put forward. Four principles of entrepreneurship training curriculum are put forward. Four curriculum settings and their training modes are designed, including entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial strategy, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial practice.
The curriculum evaluation system of entrepreneurial talents training. Develop entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial consciousness, strategy, supporting entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial practice four course assessment methods; the formation of professional knowledge, job skills, entrepreneurial ability, occupation quality of one of the four entrepreneurial talent training curriculum evaluation standard.
The entrepreneurial talents cultivate the enrollment and employment. The enrollment strategy and the employment promotion scheme match the training of the entrepreneurial talents.
The following six parts in order to start entrepreneurial training model of higher occupation education in our country. The first part: introduction; the second part: the theory model of higher occupation education talents cultivation; the third part: the status quo and problems of talents cultivation of higher occupation education in our country; the fourth part: the construction of the training mode of entrepreneurial talents of higher occupation education in our country the fifth part: the application of mode; A college talents cultivation; the sixth part: conclusion and prospect.
