【摘要】:培养应用型一线劳动者的职业教育与培养研究型人才的普通教育相比较,应该更加重视价值观教育的正确实施,这是国家和谐发展的根本,其培养直接影响到国家人力资源的整体质量以及公民的整体修养,普通中学生与中职生相比较,前者的学习应试是单纯的学习生活,后者是正在发展和成长中的未成年人。要引导他们形成阳光开朗、正确的价值观念,他们需要来自于学校、家庭及社会给予他们更多的关爱,用来照亮自己未来的光明大道,努力正面地对待职业与生活,家庭与社会。中职院校旅游专业学生既有着一般中职生的特点,又比他们更活泼与热情,他们有很强烈的个性,更加符合旅游专业的需求。中国的旅游业发展迅速,业界人才从没有到有,然后逐渐增多,产业的形象愈发明朗,规模也在不断壮大,产业地位不断提升,间接对经济社会发展的影响不断变大。旅游业作为一项具有代表性的服务行业,需要很多人才,其业务的进行是一项很复杂的工作,从业人员的素质与价值观对旅游业的发展有着很大的影响。企业选人、用人的重要标准是是否对职业忠诚、是否有责任感、是否有专业进取与创新精神、是否有团队协作与职业规范等职业道德。中职院校旅游专业承担着培养一线旅游人才的任务,对提高学生综合素质,提升我国旅游服务质量有着很大的责任。职业教育课程的核心是价值观教育,它应不断强化提高。社会转型期价值观的多样化,独生子女这一特定身份,以及物质生活水平的逐渐上升,使学生处于多重选择标准的矛盾之中,现在中职教育关注的热点之一就是如何进行正确的价值观教育,这也是整个教育需要面对的一项严峻挑战。目前,我省有近百所中等职业学校开办了旅游专业,每年有上千名毕业生走进旅游这个行业,因此很有必要开展中职院校旅游专业学生的价值观教育研究。 本文首先阐明了研究的背景、目的和意义、研究的内容、方法和思路,然后进行了文献回顾,找到本文研究的出发点和理论基础。本文进行了中职院校旅游专业价值观教育调查,拟定了调查问卷,并对调查结果进行了分析。本文尝试提出中职院校旅游专业价值观教育的实施对策,包括明确价值观教育的目的,价值观教育方法的多元化,价值观教育综合性的考核。本文提出中职院校旅游专业价值观教育的保障措施,包括开设教育课程,建立旅游价值观教育平台;利用多维环境,拓展旅游价值观教育空间;提高旅游教师素质。 本文的研究对于中职院校旅游专业,以及我国其他专业中职生价值观教育的发展,是一个有益的促进。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general education of cultivating research-oriented talents, the vocational education of practical front-line workers should pay more attention to the correct implementation of the education of values, which is the basis of the harmonious development of the country. Its cultivation has a direct impact on the overall quality of national human resources and the overall accomplishment of citizens. Compared with secondary vocational students, the former is a simple study life. The latter are minors who are developing and growing. To lead them to form sunny and cheerful, correct values, they need to come from school, family and society to give them more care. Used to illuminate their own future bright road, try to face the occupation and life, family and society. Secondary vocational college tourism students have the characteristics of the general vocational students, but also more lively and enthusiastic than them. They have a strong personality, more in line with the needs of tourism professionals. China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, industry talent has never been there, and then gradually increased, the image of the industry is becoming clearer, and the scale is growing. As a representative service industry, tourism needs a lot of talents, and its business is a very complex work. The quality and values of employees have a great impact on the development of tourism. The important criteria for enterprises to choose and employ people are whether they are loyal to their profession, whether they have a sense of responsibility, whether they have the spirit of professional enterprising and innovative. Whether there are professional ethics such as teamwork and professional norms. The tourism specialty of secondary vocational colleges undertakes the task of cultivating front-line tourism talents to improve the comprehensive quality of students. The core of vocational education curriculum is value education, which should be strengthened continuously. The diversity of values in the social transition period, the one-child identity. As well as the gradual rise in the standard of material life, students are in the contradiction of multiple standards of choice. Now, one of the hot spots of secondary vocational education is how to carry out the correct education of values. This is also a severe challenge for the whole education. At present, nearly 100 secondary vocational schools in our province have opened tourism major, and thousands of graduates enter the tourism industry every year. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study on the value education of tourism majors in secondary vocational colleges. This paper first expounds the background, purpose and significance of the study, the content, methods and ideas of the study, and then carries out a literature review. To find the starting point and theoretical basis of this study. This paper carried out a secondary vocational college tourism professional values education survey, developed a questionnaire. This paper tries to put forward the implementation countermeasures of tourism professional value education in secondary vocational colleges, including the purpose of value education and the diversity of value education methods. This paper puts forward the guarantee measures of tourism professional value education in secondary vocational colleges, including setting up educational courses and establishing the educational platform of tourism values; Using multidimensional environment to expand the educational space of tourism values; Improve the quality of tourism teachers. The research in this paper is a beneficial promotion to the development of the value education of the secondary vocational college tourism major and other vocational school students in our country.
