【摘要】：高校毕业生到农村任职,为社会主义新农村建设提供了人力资源的重要支持,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观,缓解大学生就业压力的一项战略性举措。培养具备综合性职业能力的吉林省大学生村官,对吉林省农村的经济、社会全面可持续发展有重要作用。随着大学生村官计划的全面展开,深入探索出大学生村官职业能力培养的新模式显得十分必要。本文主要的研究对象是吉林省大学生村官,以其职业能力培养作为切入点,探求吉林省现阶段社会主义新农村建设对大学生村官职业能力构成的需求,从实用性角度为大学生村官职业能力培养提出切实可行的对策和建议。从结构上来看,本研究主要由五部分组成。第一部分介绍了提出问题的缘由,对现有学者们的研究现状进行了文献综述,确定了研究中大学生村官职业能力的具体构成,在相关理论和研究方法的支撑下开展全面讨论；第二部分,依据调查数据的分析结果,总结出新农村建设对大学生村官职业能力的要求。对调研的吉林省360名大学生村官在工作、人际沟通能力、创业能力、专业能力等方面的现状进行具体分析；第三部分归纳出在调查中发现的吉林省大学生村官在职业能力方面存在的问题,其中：创业资金不足、所学专业不对口、人际沟通技巧欠缺等问题较突出,抑制了其在农村工作中职业能力的发挥。第四部分,针对吉林省大学生村官职业能力的现状和存在的问题,提出有效的建议和对策。用分阶段的方式来培养其职业能力,把培养的侧重点放在高校、岗前培训、农村三个方面。结合研究的总体思路和研究情况,探索式地提出了校村合作的培养模式和以高校为主的培养模式。其中的校村合作模式是研究的创新点之一,它能充分使高校和农村达到优势互补,高校作为大学生村官职业能力培养的理论基地,农村作为其实践平台,既满足高校对农村实用型人才,特别是大学生村官的培养要求,又使大学生村官在农村的实践工作中不断地锻炼和提升自身的职业能力。两种模式提出的目的是为吉林省大学生村官在职业能力培养领域提供借鉴性意见,近而为吉林省社会主义新农村建设做出贡献。最后是结论部分。加强大学生村官职业能力培养,是提升基层干部队伍年轻化、知识化、专业化水平的迫切需要。随着社会各个方面对大学生村官工作的进一步关注和其职业能力培养工作的合理开展,吉林省大学生村官的整体素质能够得到全方位地提升,为吉林省的社会主义新农村建设全面展开提供了强有力的支持。研究中虽然就吉林省大学生村官在职业能力培养方面提出了一些建议,但是还存在着诸多不足之处,需要在今后不断完善和发展。
[Abstract]:College graduates to work in the countryside provides an important support of human resources for the construction of new socialist countryside, is the in-depth implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, a strategic measure to alleviate the employment pressure of college students. To cultivate college students in Jilin province village with comprehensive occupation ability, in Jilin province rural economy, plays an important role in social sustainable development. With the development of college students village plan in full swing, explore the new mode of training college-graduate village official occupation ability is very necessary.
The main research object of this paper is Jilin province college-graduate village official, with its occupation ability as a starting point to explore the Jilin province socialism new rural construction of college-graduate village official occupation ability requirements, from the practical point of view to college-graduate village official occupation ability put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
From a structural point of view, this research mainly consists of five parts. The first part introduces causes of problem, summarized the current situation of scholars, to determine the specific composition of occupation ability college-graduate village official in the study, carry out a comprehensive discussion on the related theories and research methods of support; the second part, on the basis of analysis the results of the survey data, summarizes the requirements of the new rural construction of college-graduate village official occupation ability. On the research of Jilin Province in 360 college-graduate village official work, interpersonal communication ability, entrepreneurial ability, make a concrete analysis of the current situation of the professional ability; the third part concludes in the occupation ability of college students in Jilin province village in the survey found the problem of the lack of venture capital, the professional counterparts, lack of interpersonal communication skills is a prominent problem, inhibiting its work in agricultural village Occupation ability. In the fourth part, according to the situation of the village occupation ability of college students in Jilin province and the existing problems, puts forward effective suggestions and countermeasures. To cultivate the occupation ability step by step and put emphasis on the culture in Colleges and universities, training, rural three aspects. Combined with the overall research ideas and research the exploratory put forward the village school cooperation training mode and training mode mainly in universities. University village cooperation mode is one of the innovation points, it can fully make the University and rural complementary theory base in Colleges and universities as college students occupation ability of the rural village, as the practice platform, not only to meet the rural practical talents, especially the training requirements of college-graduate village official, and the college-graduate village official to continue to exercise and improve their occupation ability in rural practice. Two kinds of mode The purpose of this study is to provide reference for Jilin college student village officials in the field of vocational ability training, and contribute to the construction of new socialist countryside in Jilin province.
Strengthen the training of college-graduate village official occupation ability, improve grassroots cadres younger, educated, there is an urgent need for professional level. With the training of all aspects of society to pay close attention to college-graduate village official work and the occupation ability to work properly in Jilin Province, the overall quality of college students village officials can get all-round promotion, provide strong support for the new socialist countryside construction in Jilin Province in full swing. Although the research in Jilin province college-graduate village official in occupation ability training and puts forward some suggestions, but there are still many deficiencies in the future, need to constantly improve and develop.
