【摘要】：新常态背景下,高职德育目标价值取向应突出政治道德与基础道德教育并重,强调理性驾驭科技的伦理精神以及适应经济新常态的现代职业道德理念,这是指导德育实践的源泉所在。客观检视高职德育现状,主要存在重技轻人教育思维、高职德育高效课堂建设不足以及课(校)外德育阵地作用发挥不充分等问题。为提升高职德育实效性,要坚持"以人为本"的教育理念,注重工匠精神为核心的道德培育;立足高职学情,三维度打造高效德育课堂;再塑校园德育空间,注重校园德育环境培养和优化;全面延伸德育空间,拓展德育社会实践途径。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal, the value orientation of the goal of moral education in higher vocational education should pay equal attention to political morality and basic moral education, emphasize the ethical spirit of rational control of science and technology and the modern professional ethics idea of adapting to the new normal state of economy. This is the source of guiding the practice of moral education. Objective inspection of the current situation of moral education in higher vocational education, there is a major emphasis on technology over human education thinking. In order to improve the actual effect of moral education in higher vocational education, we should adhere to the educational concept of "people-oriented" in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational education. Paying attention to the moral cultivation of craftsman's spirit as the core; Based on the situation of higher vocational education, create the high efficiency moral education classroom in three dimensions; Remodel campus moral education space, pay attention to campus moral education environment training and optimization; We should extend the space of moral education and expand the ways of social practice of moral education.
