高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养问题及对策研究

【摘要】：我国“十二五规划”明确提出了“强农惠农,加快社会主义新农村建设”的宏伟目标。并着重围绕加快发展现代农业,拓宽农民增收渠道,改善农村生产生活条件等“三农”问题进行了部署。由此可见,国家对“三农”问题的高度重视,并将农民的持续增产增收、综合素质的提高,农村生产、生活环境的改善,农业的科学发展作为现阶段的中心工作。要从根本上解决好涉农问题,最终实现规划纲要提出的宏伟目标,主要依靠新农村建设的主体——农民。必须通过各种有效途径切实提高他们的自身素质,为他们建设新农村创造条件。这就需要我们加强高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养问题的研究。 本研究主要围绕四个部分展开,第一章,引论,主要阐明研究的缘由,研究的目的和意义,研究的思路及方法；第二章,高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养现状分析；第三章,高职教育服务新农村建设人才培养中存在的问题；第四章,高职教育对接新农村建设人才培养问题的具体对策。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan of our country clearly puts forward the grand goal of "strengthening agriculture and benefiting agriculture and speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside", and focuses on speeding up the development of modern agriculture and widening the channels of increasing farmers' income. It can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and will continue to increase farmers' output and income, improve their comprehensive quality, and rural production. The improvement of living environment and the scientific development of agriculture as the central work at the present stage. We must fundamentally solve the agriculture-related problems, and finally achieve the grand goal put forward in the outline of the plan. Mainly rely on the new rural construction of the main body-farmers. We must effectively improve their own quality through various effective ways. To create conditions for them to build a new countryside, it is necessary for us to strengthen the higher vocational education in connection with the new rural construction of talent training research. This research mainly revolves around four parts, the first chapter, the introduction, mainly clarifies the research reason, the research goal and the significance, the research thought and the method; The second chapter, the higher vocational education docking new rural construction talent training status analysis; The third chapter, higher vocational education service new rural construction talent training problems; Chapter 4th, higher vocational education docking new rural construction talent training problems specific countermeasures.
