云南经济管理职业学院发展战略研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国民办高校抓住了教育资源紧缺的机遇,迅速发展起来,成为我国实施人才强国战略的重要培训力量之一。然而随着教育市场的国际化,面对教育需求的多样化,民办高校也面临着越来越激烈的竞争。如何应对环境的变化,准确地定位,实现发展,成为民办高校亟待研究的重要课题。云南经济管理职业学院是“云南省级示范性高等职业院校”,也是省级示范性高等职业院校中唯一的一所民办高校,具有一定的典型性和代表性。本文以云南经济管理职业学院为研究对象,以相关的企业战略管理理论为基础理论,收集了大量的资料并进行深入的调查,运用PEST分析、“竞争五因素”模型和SWOT分析,对学院所处的外部环境和学院自身的内部条件进行了分析、评价,指出学院发展所面临的机会与威胁、优势与劣势,论证了学院的发展目标即“以社会需求为导向,调整学科、专业结构与布局,主动适应经济社会发展需求,到2015年,使我院成为以经济学和管理学科为主,经、管、工、文、理、医等多学科协调发展,结构合理,规模适度、特色鲜明的应用型本科院校。”是可行的。最后,本文提出了战略实施的保证措施：优化专业结构、深化教学改革、拓宽融资渠道、加速基本建设、完善实训实习基地、完善监督机制、组织文化建设、人力资源整合。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , the private colleges and universities in our country have seized the opportunity of the shortage of educational resources and developed rapidly and become one of the most important training powers in our country to implement the strategy of the strong nation . However , with the internationalization of the education market and the diversification of educational needs , the privately - run colleges and universities are facing more and more fierce competition . How to deal with the change of the environment , accurately locate and realize the development is an important subject that needs to be studied in private colleges . Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College is the " Yunnan Provincial Model Higher Vocational College " and is the only privately - run university in the provincial exemplary higher vocational colleges . It has certain typical and representative . This paper takes Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College as the research object , collects a lot of data and carries on in - depth investigation on the relevant enterprise strategic management theory . It analyzes and evaluates the external environment and the internal conditions of the college . Finally , this paper puts forward the assurance measures for the college development : optimizing the professional structure , deepening the teaching reform , widening the financing channel , speeding up the capital construction , perfecting the training practice base , perfecting the supervision mechanism , organizing cultural construction and human resources integration .
