基于“教师集体”的“工匠精神”培养体系构建

【摘要】：工匠精神随着产业的转型升级,受到越来越多的重视。技工院校作为培养技术工人的重要阵地,培养工匠精神责无旁贷。但工匠精神的培养不是单方使然,需要多方配合。教师集体是前苏联教育家马卡连柯提出的教育概念,对于构建多方配合的工匠精神培养体系具有重要启示。本文从工匠精神的内涵和教师集体的要义出发,探讨了技工院校基于教师集体构建工匠精神培养体系的路径。
[Abstract]:Craftsmen 'spirit is paid more and more attention with the transformation and upgrading of industry. As an important position to train skilled workers, craftsmen' spirit must be cultivated. However, the cultivation of craftsman's spirit is not unilateral. Teachers' collectivity is the concept of education put forward by former Soviet educator Makalenko. This article starts from the connotation of craftsman's spirit and the essence of teachers' collective. This paper probes into the path of craftsman spirit cultivation system based on teachers' collectivity in technical colleges and universities.
