高职院校技术技能积累的瓶颈制约与破解路径

【摘要】：高职院校作为技术技能积累的重要载体,在促进技术技能积累及高素质技术技能人才培养方面发挥着重要作用。高职院校技术技能积累通过对技术的保存、研究、传播以及对技术技能人才培养、培训及服务行业企业发展,实现技术技能的递进。就目前实际而言,高职院校技术技能积累存在政策法规缺乏、意识观念淡薄、要素资源短缺、实现机制单一等问题,为促进高职院校技术技能积累,更好地服务区域经济社会发展,高职院校可以通过强化技术技能积累观念,整合技术技能积累要素,多态实现技术技能积累,使高职院校成为高职教育综合体、产教融合共同体、社会服务有机体。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier of the accumulation of technical skills, higher vocational colleges play an important role in promoting the accumulation of technical skills and the cultivation of high-quality technical skills. Research, dissemination and technical skills training, training and service industry enterprises to achieve the progressive development of technical skills. Currently, there is a lack of policies and regulations on the accumulation of technical skills in higher vocational colleges. In order to promote the accumulation of technical skills in higher vocational colleges and better serve the development of regional economy and society, such problems as weak consciousness, shortage of essential factor resources and single realization mechanism can be solved. Higher vocational colleges can strengthen the concept of technical skills accumulation, integrate technical skills accumulation elements, polymorphic to achieve technical skills accumulation, so that higher vocational colleges become higher vocational education complex, industry and education integration community.
