学生视角下中高职教学有效衔接的影响因素分析

【摘要】：从学生视角出发,构建中高职教学有效衔接的影响因素,包括专业衔接、人才培养方案衔接、课程衔接、评价衔接、能力衔接5个维度18个因子。通过提出假设与变量设计,以高职院校中职起点的学生为研究对象,采用因子分析方法,对假设进行修正,探索性得出中高职教学有效衔接的影响因素包括人才培养方案衔接、课程衔接、能力衔接3个维度17个因子,并从人才培养方案衔接、课程衔接、能力衔接三个方面提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of students, this paper constructs the influencing factors of effective cohesion in higher vocational education, including professional cohesion, talent training scheme, curriculum convergence and evaluation cohesion. Ability cohesion 5 dimensions 18 factors. Through the hypothesis and variable design, taking the students at the beginning of vocational school as the research object, using factor analysis method, the hypothesis is revised. The author draws the conclusion that the influencing factors of effective linking of middle and higher vocational teaching include talent training scheme cohesion, curriculum cohesion, ability cohesion three dimensions 17 factors, and from the talent training program link up, curriculum convergence. Three aspects of capacity convergence to put forward the relevant recommendations.
