望都县职教中心职高生自信心现状调查研究

【摘要】:随着国家大力推进职业教育的发展,不仅高等职业教育大力发展,中等职业教育发展的步伐也在加快。中等职业教育担负着为社会培养专业技术人才的重要任务。中等职业教育的一个不容忽视的问题是学生严重缺乏自信心,,尤其是职高生,它不仅阻碍了中等职业教育教学质量的提高,而且制约着中等职业教育的发展,影响着未来劳动者的素质。 本文在研究了国内外有关职高生自信心研究成果的基础上,以望都县职教中心的职高生为研究对象,采用自编的“职高生自信心现状调查表”,对250名学生进行了问卷调查,并对一些学生进行了访谈,通过调查与访谈,发现职高生缺乏自信心的现象非常普遍,涉及学生、学校、教师等诸多方面的因素。如何提升职高生的自信心?本文从学校管理、教师、学生自身方面考虑,并找出解决问题的方法,从而提升职高生的自信心。学校要大力进行专业、课程设置改革,设置有地方特色的专业,增加实践课的课时比例,推进校本教材,评价方法和考试形式的多样化,优化校园环境管理等;教师素质一定要提高,教师要以激发学生学习的兴趣,培养学生的综合素质、创新思维为目标,结合职业学校学生的特点来改进教学方法,建立和谐的师生关系等,这些都是提升职高生自信心的有效策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education, not only the higher vocational education, but also the higher vocational education, The development of secondary vocational education is also speeding up. Secondary vocational education is charged with the important task of training professional and technical talents for the society. A problem that can not be ignored in secondary vocational education is the serious lack of self-confidence among students, especially the vocational high school students. It not only hinders the improvement of teaching quality of secondary vocational education, but also restricts the development of secondary vocational education and affects the quality of workers in the future. On the basis of studying the research results of the self-confidence of vocational high school students at home and abroad, this paper takes the vocational high school students in Wangdu County Vocational Education Center as the research object, and adopts the self-compiled questionnaire of "the status quo of Vocational High School students' self-confidence" to carry on the questionnaire survey to 250 students. And some students were interviewed, through investigation and interviews, we found that the phenomenon of lack of self-confidence is very common, involving students, schools, teachers and many other factors. How to improve the self-confidence of vocational high school students? This article considers from the school management, the teacher, the student oneself aspect, and finds the solution to the problem, thus enhances the vocational high school student's self-confidence. The school must carry on the profession vigorously, the curriculum design reform, the establishment has the local characteristic specialty, Increase the class hours of practical courses, promote the diversification of school-based teaching materials, evaluation methods and examination forms, optimize the management of campus environment, etc. The quality of teachers must be improved, teachers should stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' comprehensive quality. Innovative thinking as the goal, combining with the characteristics of vocational school students to improve teaching methods, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, these are effective strategies to enhance the self-confidence of vocational high school students.
