社会工作方法在职业学校德育中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着时代的发展和社会的变迁，各种不良思想和观念深刻影响和困扰着学生群体的成长。有关研究表明，与学生成长相关的家庭教育方式的偏差、家庭婚姻问题、学习适应能力、暴力和青少年保护、人际关系等社会性问题直接对学生的思想观念、价值理念、学习生活造成重大负面影响。然而，传统的学校教育在面对这些问题时，存在明显的劣势。笔者作为一个具有社会工作资质和社会工作经验的教育工作者，希望通过传统教育视角审视社会工作，通过社会工作视角审视传统教育工作，在比较中发现各自的优势，，给教育工作者、社会工作者更大的启示。通过对各类“偏差”学生的社会工作介入过程，查找目前我市学校社会工作引入的可行性和存在的主要问题，为我国学校社会工作的引入和发展，提供理论和经验支持，建立基本理论框架。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the change of society, all kinds of bad ideas and ideas deeply influence and puzzle the growth of the student group. Social problems such as learning adaptability, violence and youth protection, interpersonal relationships have a direct negative impact on students' ideas, values, and study life. However, traditional school education faces these problems. There are obvious disadvantages. As an educator with social work qualification and experience, the author hopes to examine social work from the perspective of traditional education and traditional education from the perspective of social work. Find out their respective advantages in the comparison, give educators, social workers more enlightenment. Through the various "deviations" students' social work intervention process, In order to provide theoretical and empirical support for the introduction and development of school social work in our country and to establish the basic theoretical framework, the feasibility and the main problems existing in the introduction of school social work in our city are found.
