现代职业教育体系构建的三大关系探究

【摘要】：现代职业教育体系的构建是职业教育改革和发展的方向,在构建的过程中,必须厘清三个问题,需要构建三大关系,只有明确这三大关系,才能构建现代化的职业教育体系。具体而言:第一,技术与技能的关系,也就是技术教育与技能教育的内涵问题。技能是一种过程性技术,是以人为载体的人化技术,二者之间是伴生、互动关系,技能不是技术的低级形态,其有自身的发展层次和规律。二者对应的教育——技能教育与技术教育均为职业教育的不同类型,而非不同层次。第二,经验与策略的关系,即中职与高职的异同。中职与高职是职业教育的不同层次,中职教育侧重于经验技能的培养,高职教育侧重于策略技能的培养,技能的增长会导致职业教育发展空间的上升。第三,教育内容和教育目标的关系,也就是职业教育与普通教育的等值问题。职业教育与普通教育是同层次的不同教育类型,职业教育跨越学校教育的范畴,超越普通教育的认知、规范及评价标准,职业教育与普通教育一样是不可替代的,二者既应该在形式上是等值的,在价值与社会地位上也应该是等值的。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern vocational education system is the direction of vocational education reform and development. First, the relationship between technology and skill, that is, the connotation of technical education and skill education. The relationship between them is concomitant, interactive, skill is not a low-level form of technology, it has its own level of development and law. The corresponding education--skill education and technical education are different types of vocational education, not different levels. Second, The relationship between experience and strategy, that is, the similarities and differences between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, is the different levels of vocational education. The secondary vocational education focuses on the cultivation of experience and skills, and higher vocational education focuses on the cultivation of strategic skills. The increase of skills will lead to a rise in the development space of vocational education. Third, the relationship between educational content and educational objectives, that is, the equivalence between vocational education and general education. Vocational education and general education are different types of education at the same level. Vocational education transcends the scope of school education, transcends the cognition, norms and evaluation standards of general education. Vocational education and general education are irreplaceable, both of which should be equivalent in form. Value and social status should also be equivalent.
