基于SWOT分析的YA职院建筑工程技术专业改革研究

【摘要】:国外职业技术教育呈现多元化,且符合本国国情,已相对成熟;我国高等职业技术教育虽然起步较晚,但发展的规模和速度却毫不逊色,现有高职院校已达1200多所。另外,,近年来,我国建筑业出现快速增长,建筑市场规模不断扩大,国内建筑业产值增长迅猛,成为拉动国民经济快速增长的重要力量。但目前我国及区域内建筑业普遍出现“科技队伍老化,熟练型技工断档”的问题,对高技能建筑人才需求强劲。区域内高职院校也有多所开设建筑工程技术专业,在专业建设方面皆有成绩,但也存在不同程度的问题。将正处于创建示范院校关键时期的YA职院建筑工程专业进行研究,基于SWOT分析,对其专业改革具体方案及专业人才综合素质评价体系的建立进行研究。 在对YA职院及建筑工程技术专业进行简介后,运用SWOT分析法,分析该专业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出该专业改革整体思路,进而主要基于灰色关联分析法,对人才培养模式、专业课程体系构建、实训基地建设、“工程型”专业教学团队建设、创立独特的专业文化氛围、提高社会服务能力这些方面进行改革,建立模型,提出具体改革方案与措施。 改革不仅在教学的软硬件上实施,更应打破原有的以学科成绩评定学生优劣的体制,因此,根据中共中央、国务院《关于深化素质教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中“建立符合素质要求的对学校、教师和学生的评价机制,建立自上而下的素质教育评估检查体系”的意见,遵循职业能力与政治道德素质并重、评价模式的多样性的原则,运用模糊数学的理论和方法,从教育观念的创新入手,构建建筑工程技术专业人才综合素质的“三级四步五结合”模糊综合评价体系。通过一定的实践,此体系在很大程度上弥补了传统评价方法的不足,对学生的素质从各个方面都做出了明确的定性分析与最终评价,既有利于学生的自我发展,更有利于社会对人才的选拔与任用,提高了人力资源的利用率。
[Abstract]:Foreign vocational and technical education has been diversified and has been relatively mature in line with its own national conditions. Although higher vocational and technical education in China started relatively late, the scale and speed of its development is no less than that of other higher vocational colleges. In addition, there are more than 1200 vocational colleges and universities. In recent years, China's construction industry has witnessed rapid growth, the scale of the construction market has been continuously expanded, and the output value of domestic construction industry has increased rapidly. It has become an important force to stimulate the rapid growth of the national economy. However, at present, the problem of "aging of the scientific and technological teams and the failure of skilled technicians" is common in the construction industry in our country and in the region. There is a strong demand for highly skilled construction personnel. There are also a number of higher vocational colleges in the region that have set up architectural engineering and technical specialties, all of which have made achievements in professional construction. However, there are some problems in different degrees. We will study the building engineering major of Ya Vocational College, which is in the key period of establishing the demonstration college, based on the SWOT analysis, The specific plan of professional reform and the establishment of comprehensive quality evaluation system of professional talents are studied. After a brief introduction to Ya vocational college and construction engineering technology specialty, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of this specialty by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the overall idea of reform of this specialty, which is based on grey relational analysis method. We should reform the training mode of talents, the construction of professional curriculum system, the construction of practical training base, the construction of "engineering" teaching team, the creation of unique professional culture atmosphere, the improvement of social service ability, and the establishment of a model. Put forward concrete reform plan and measure. The reform should be implemented not only in the software and hardware of teaching, but also in the original system of assessing students' merits and demerits on the basis of their academic achievements. Therefore, according to the CPC Central Committee, The decision of the State Council on deepening the Reform of quality Education and promoting All-round quality Education "on establishing an evaluation mechanism for schools, teachers and students in line with the quality requirements, and establishing a top-down evaluation and inspection system for quality education", In accordance with the principle of equal emphasis on professional ability and political and moral quality and the diversity of evaluation models, this paper applies the theory and method of fuzzy mathematics, starting with the innovation of educational concept. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of "three levels, four steps and five combinations" for the comprehensive quality of talents of construction engineering and technology is constructed. Through certain practice, this system makes up for the deficiency of the traditional evaluation method to a great extent. The qualitative analysis and final evaluation of the students' quality from all aspects are not only conducive to the students' self-development, but also to the selection and appointment of talents by the society, thus improving the utilization rate of human resources.
