示范性高职院校竞争优势评价指数研究——基于湖北省示范性高职院校2015-2016年的数据

【摘要】：我国高职教育以示范性院校建设为标志,从初始阶段的跨越式发展迈入了注重质量提升、创新管理机制的内涵建设常态化阶段。基于核心竞争力理论和竞争优势理论,采用AHP层次分析法,构建了示范性高职院校竞争优势评价指数,以湖北省示范性高职院校(国家级、省级)2015-2016年数据为样本,检验了示范性高职院校的竞争优势,验证了模型的合理性,为高职院校竞争优势培育提供了理论与数据支持。
[Abstract]:China's higher vocational education, marked by the construction of exemplary colleges, has stepped from the leap-forward development in the initial stage to the regular stage of focusing on quality improvement and the connotation construction of innovative management mechanism, based on the core competitiveness theory and the competitive advantage theory. Using AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs the evaluation index of the competitive advantage of the model higher vocational colleges. Taking the data of the demonstration vocational colleges (national and provincial level, 2015-2016) as the sample, the paper tests the competitive advantages of the model vocational colleges. It verifies the rationality of the model and provides theoretical and data support for the cultivation of competitive advantage in higher vocational colleges.
