区域现代职教共同体优质资源共建共享策略研究

【摘要】：近五年来,在教育行政主管部门的指导与推动下,在中高职院校、本科高校以及相关行业企业的通力合作下,中高职与普通本科"3+4""3+2"一贯制分段培养技术技能型人才试点项目取得了良好的成效,但在价值取向、体制机制、课程体系、资源共享等诸方面也还存在一些突出问题。合作各方应以"专业对接、课程衔接、中本连贯、校企合作、实践导向、双证融通"为指导思想,合作组建区域现代职教共同体,并以此为载体,通过创新共建共享理念、完善共建共享体制机制、开发共建共享平台、建设优质教学资源、完善过程监控机制和综合评价体系等举措,打破项目实施中院校、部门之间在政策、理念、体制机制等方面存在的壁垒,实现优势互补、协同育人、合作共赢,进而提高办学效益和人才培养目标的达成度。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, under the guidance and promotion of the educational administrative departments, and under the joint efforts of higher vocational colleges, universities and related industries, The pilot project of "34" "32" one-stage training of technical and technical talents in middle and higher vocational colleges has achieved good results, but it has achieved good results in terms of value orientation, system and mechanism, curriculum system, etc. There are also some outstanding problems in resource sharing and so on. The cooperative parties should take the guiding ideology of "professional docking, curriculum convergence, school-enterprise cooperation, practice-oriented and dual-certificate integration" as the guiding ideology to establish a regional modern vocational education community. By innovating the concept of co-construction and sharing, perfecting the mechanism of co-construction and sharing system, developing co-construction and sharing platform, building high-quality teaching resources, perfecting process monitoring mechanism and comprehensive evaluation system, and so on, we can break down the institutions of higher learning in project implementation. The barriers between departments in policy, concept, system mechanism and so on, to realize the complementary advantages, cooperate to educate people, cooperate and win together, and then improve the efficiency of running a school and the degree of achieving the goal of talent training.
