技术技能积累机制转型与职业教育功能承载

【摘要】：政府治理能力现代化、行业企业核心竞争力提升与职业教育办学活力激发等需求推动了技术技能积累机制的转型与创新。政府协同公共服务的整体性治理、企业技术技能标准的互动式架构、学校支撑人力资源的合作化开发是技术技能积累机制转型的实践路径。从外显社会功能的维度来理解职业教育所承载的技术技能积累职能,有利于促进职业教育学科理论的日臻完善。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the government's governance ability, the promotion of the core competence of the industry enterprises and the stimulation of the vitality of the vocational education promote the transformation and innovation of the mechanism of technological skill accumulation. The interactive framework of enterprise technical skill standard, the cooperative development of school supporting human resources is the practical path of technological skill accumulation mechanism transformation. From the dimension of explicit social function, we can understand the technical skills accumulation function carried by vocational education. It is helpful to promote the improvement of the theory of vocational education.
