信阳市职业高中隐性辍学的成因及对策研究

【摘要】:职业高中隶属中等职业教育范畴,它担负着为我国现代化建设培养有理想、有抱负、有创新精神、专业技术扎实的人才的历史重任,是社会经济发展的重要基础。在目前我国大力发展中等职业教育的大好形势下,职业高中教育迎来了新的发展机遇,但同时也遭遇到新的发展隐患,存在着诸多问题:部分地区职业高中学生逃课、上课睡觉、玩手机、看小说……隐性辍学现象较为严重,若置之不理任其发展,则隐性辍学会发展为显性辍学,成为真正的流失生。从教育学一线教师视角上,如何针对本地实际情况,合理实施教学,增强职业教育课堂吸引力,不但能圆满完成教学任务还能有效减小隐性辍学率,防止学生流失?这也是笔者近年来一直苦苦探索的问题。 本研究内容共六部分,具体如下: 第一部分:绪论。 主要通过阐述选题的背景,从而提出问题并对相关概念做了界定,继而分析了国内外有关隐性辍学的研究现状,提出了研究目的、研究的对象及研究内容和方法,最后指出本研究的理论依据。通过寻觅该理论作支撑,保证了研究方法的科学性,研究方向的明晰性,以免在研究中走弯路。 第二部分:隐性辍学成因的调查及分析 以信阳市某职业高中在校师生为研究对象,详细描述了利用观察法、问卷法、访谈法实施调查的过程,以及对调查结果进行的分析过程。通过对调查结果的分析,笔者进一步提炼出隐性辍学的现状,并从教育学一线教师的视角,调查分析出影响隐性辍学主要的原因及造成影响。 第三部分:隐性辍学的对策 以教师自身作对策源泉,以“双主体”教学模式为核心,注重精讲多练、因材施教,以分层法、任务驱动法、虚拟法及现代化的教学手段增强课堂吸引力,并注重学法指导,让学生“爱学”且学有所成。 第四部分:隐性辍学对策的案例及效果 以信阳市某职业高中计算机专业中《计算机组装与维护》的教学为案例,通过其中某两节课的教学过程,详细说明笔者是如何增强课堂吸引力、减少隐性辍学发生的。最后笔者从三方面展开调查,分析了该门课教学改革实施以后,实际产生的效果。 第五部分:结论 对本文进行了总结与分析,得出结论:信阳市职业高中存在约50%的隐性辍学率,从教育学一线教师的视角看其主要原因是学生和教师两方面;其对策是以教师主导学生主体、精讲多练为指导思想,引进现代教育技术,利用分层法、任务驱动法、虚拟教学法进行教学并注重课堂渗透学法指导可以有效减少隐性辍学率、遏制辍学的发生。最后指出了本研究存在的问题及努力方向。
[Abstract]:Vocational high school belongs to the category of secondary vocational education. It bears the historical responsibility of cultivating talents with ideal, ambition, innovative spirit and solid professional and technical skills for the modernization construction of our country. It is an important foundation for social and economic development. Under the excellent situation of vigorously developing secondary vocational education in our country at present, vocational high school education has ushered in new opportunities for development, but at the same time, it has also encountered new hidden dangers of development. There are many problems: in some areas, vocational high school students skip classes, sleep in class, play mobile phones, read novels. The phenomenon of recessive drop out is more serious. From the perspective of first-line teachers of pedagogy, how to carry out teaching reasonably and enhance the attraction of vocational education can not only successfully complete the teaching tasks, but also effectively reduce the recessive dropout rate. To prevent the loss of students? This is the question that the author has been painstakingly explored in recent years. There are six parts of this research, as follows:. Part one: introduction. By explaining the background of the topic, this paper puts forward the questions and defines the related concepts, then analyzes the current research situation of recessive dropout at home and abroad, and puts forward the research purpose, research object, research contents and methods. Finally, the theoretical basis of this study is pointed out. By looking for the theory as the support, the scientific nature of the research method and the clarity of the research direction are ensured, so as to avoid taking a detour in the research. Part two: investigation and Analysis of the causes of recessive drop out. Taking the teachers and students of a vocational high school in Xinyang as the research object, this paper describes in detail the process of carrying out the investigation by means of observation method, questionnaire method and interview method, as well as the analysis process of the survey results. The author further abstracts the present situation of recessive dropout, and from the perspective of teachers of pedagogy, investigates and analyzes the main reasons and causes of the influence of recessive dropout. The third part: the Countermeasures of recessive drop out. Taking the teachers themselves as the source of countermeasures, taking the "two-subject" teaching mode as the core, paying attention to teaching in accordance with students' aptitude, enhancing the attraction of the classroom with the methods of stratification, task-driven, fictitious and modern teaching methods, and paying attention to the guidance of learning methods. Let students "love to learn" and achieve success. The fourth part: the case and effect of recessive drop out. Taking the teaching of computer assembly and maintenance in a vocational high school in Xinyang as an example, the author explains in detail how to enhance the attractiveness of the class through the teaching process of one of the two classes. Finally, the author makes an investigation from three aspects and analyzes the actual effect after the implementation of the teaching reform of this course. Part V: conclusions. This article is summarized and analyzed, and it is concluded that there is about 50% recessive dropout rate in Xinyang vocational high school, which is mainly caused by students and teachers from the perspective of teachers in education, and the countermeasures are teacher-led students. It can effectively reduce the recessive dropout rate by introducing modern education technology, using stratification, task-driven method, virtual teaching method, and paying attention to the guidance of classroom permeation learning method as the guiding ideology, introducing modern education technology, using hierarchical method, task-driven method and virtual teaching method. Finally, the paper points out the existing problems and the direction of this study.
