基于人力资源外包的高职院校毕业实习模式研究

【摘要】:毕业实习作为高职院校人才培养的关键,在实践过程中面临着诸多问题,严重影响了毕业实习的质量。基于此,论文提出了一种创新的高职院校毕业实习模式—基于人力资源外包的毕业实习模式,这种模式更多的从企业的角度出发,采用企业人力资源外包的模式,利用学校、企业、行业不同的教育资源、教育环境、实践技能、实际工作环境等方面的优势,在教育教学活动和实际生产经营、学校和企业、产业部门和教育部门之间建立一种有效的、创新的校企合作实习模式。 论文基于人力资源外包毕业实习模式的内涵和理论,比较了人力资源外包在企业应用和学校应用中的差异,总结了二者结合存在的问题。其次,根据目前高职院校毕业实习的现状,从政府、企业、学校、学生四个层面对毕业实习中现存的问题进行了归纳总结,对其发展趋势进行了预测。再次,从理论和实践两个层面分析了高职院校毕业实习和人力资源外包相结合的可行性,并选取了目前高职院校毕业实习中四种具有人力资源外包实习模式雏形的案例,分别是校企合作中以企业为主、以教师为主、以学校为主以及以第三方中介机构为主承包的实习外包模式,分析比较了四种实习模式的实践过程和效果,总结出它们的异同点以及未来面临的挑战。最后,根据校企合作实习模式的构建原则,结合四种模式的成功经验,提出外包实习模式构建的框架和目标、构建机构、运行机制、评价机制,模式种类,同时提出了外包实习顺利实施的保障机制和保障条件,从而保证实习模式构建的实效性和针对性。
[Abstract]:Graduation practice, as the key to the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges, faces many problems in the process of practice, which seriously affects the quality of graduation practice. This paper puts forward an innovative graduation practice mode in higher vocational colleges, which is based on human resource outsourcing. This mode is more from the perspective of enterprise, and adopts the mode of enterprise human resource outsourcing, using school, enterprise, etc. The advantages of different industries in terms of educational resources, educational environment, practical skills, practical working environment, and so on, establish an effective one between educational and teaching activities and actual production and operation, schools and enterprises, industrial departments and educational departments, Innovative cooperative practice model of school and enterprise. Based on the connotation and theory of graduation practice mode of human resource outsourcing, this paper compares the differences between the application of human resources outsourcing in enterprises and schools, and summarizes the problems existing in the combination of the two. Secondly, According to the current situation of graduation practice in higher vocational colleges, this paper sums up the existing problems in graduation practice from four levels: government, enterprise, school and student, and forecasts its development trend. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the combination of graduation practice and human resource outsourcing in higher vocational colleges from the two aspects of theory and practice, and selects four cases which have the rudiments of practice mode of human resource outsourcing in the graduation practice of higher vocational colleges at present. This paper analyzes and compares the practice process and effect of four kinds of practice modes in the cooperation between school and enterprise, which are mainly enterprise, teacher, school and third party intermediary. Finally, according to the construction principle of the cooperative practice mode between school and enterprise, combined with the successful experience of the four modes, the paper puts forward the framework and goal of the construction of the outsourcing practice mode, constructs the organization and the operation mechanism, and summarizes their similarities and differences as well as the challenges they will face in the future. At the same time, the paper puts forward the guarantee mechanism and guarantee conditions for the successful implementation of outsourcing practice, so as to ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of the construction of the practice model.
