珠海市中职生职业价值观调查研究

【摘要】:职业价值观作为价值观念系统的一部分,它具有一般价值观的一切属性,并与一般价值观相互影响。 本调查以珠海市三所国家级中等职业学校在校学生为研究对象,采用宁维卫1992年修订的塞普尔(Super)编制的“职业价值观量表”作为测试工具,通过随机分层抽样对900名学生进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷887份。运用spss11.5统计软件对问卷调查结果进行统计分析。 调查结果从总体显示,中职生较重视的职业价值观因素依次为:“监督关系”、“生活方式”、“成就感”和“同事关系”;较不重视的职业价值观因素依次为:“变动性”、“管理”、“智力激发”、“独立性”和“创造性”;通过对性别、是否独生子女、家庭收入、就读年级、城乡背景、学校类别等不同角度进行T检验,结果显示不同家庭收入、不同年级、不同学校、城乡背景不同的学生的部分职业价值观因素存在显著性差异。 对中职生的职业价值观成因进行讨论,认为影响中职生职业价值观的、影响因素、学校教育因素、家庭背景因素、个人因素等方面。其中社会影响因素包括社会价值观和社会职业评价标准的影响;学校教育因素包括学校的职业生涯规划教育和德育的影响;家庭背景因素包括家庭教育、家长的社会地位和家庭经济条件的影响;个人因素体现在性别、年龄、兴趣、性格、能力等方面对职业价值观有影响。 通过对中职生职业价值观成因分析,进而思考和讨论了通过营造有利于职业价值观形成的社会大环境,加强对中职生职业价值观形成具有主导作用的学校教育,以家校合作激发家庭教育的作用等策略培养中职生的职业价值观。
[Abstract]:As a part of the system of values, professional values have all the attributes of general values and interact with general values. This survey takes the students of three national secondary vocational schools in Zhuhai as the research object, and adopts the Vocational values scale compiled by Ning Weiwei's 1992 revised Sep 煤 ln Super( 1992) as the test tool. A total of 900 students were investigated by random stratified sampling, and 887 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed with spss11.5 software. The results of the survey show, in general, The professional value factors attached more importance to secondary vocational school students are: "supervision relationship", "life style", "sense of achievement" and "colleague relationship", while the less important vocational value factors are: "variability", "management", "intellectual stimulation", "independence" "and" creative "; through gender, Whether the only child, family income, grade, urban and rural background, school type and other different angles of T test, the results show that different family income, different grades, different schools, There are significant differences in some vocational value factors among students with different backgrounds in urban and rural areas. This paper discusses the causes of vocational values of secondary vocational school students, and points out that the influencing factors, school education factors, family background factors that affect vocational values of secondary vocational school students, Among them, social factors include social values and social evaluation criteria; school education factors include school career planning education and moral education; family background factors include family education. The influence of parents' social status and family economic condition; the personal factors reflected in gender, age, interest, personality, ability and other aspects of the impact on professional values. By analyzing the causes of vocational values of secondary vocational school students, this paper discusses how to strengthen the school education which plays a leading role in the formation of vocational values by creating a social environment conducive to the formation of vocational values. Home-school cooperation to stimulate the role of family education and other strategies to cultivate the vocational values of secondary vocational students.
