基于技术链分析的高职校企协同模式研究

【摘要】:校企合作的动力不足是困扰高职院校实现校企协同育人的难题。本文从校、企在技术链层面的内在关联入手,分析了学校和技术链上、下游企业对校企合作的不同需求,提出一种"与上游企业合作共建公共技术服务平台,为下游企业提供技术和人才"的校企协同模式(UPD模式),并阐述了该模式的构建要点和效果。UPD模式通过公共技术服务平台的市场化运营,扩大了上游企业的技术输出,增强了对下游企业的技术服务,使学校和上下游两类企业之间建立了差异化的利益纽带,并借助平台的集聚效应使更多的企业资源参与到人才培养中,较好地实现了校企协同的有效性和长效性。
[Abstract]:The lack of motive force of the cooperation between school and enterprise is a difficult problem for higher vocational colleges to realize the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper starts with the inherent connection between school and enterprise in the level of technology chain, and analyzes the different demands of the school and the downstream enterprise on the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper puts forward a kind of "cooperation with upstream enterprises to build public technology service platform". The UPD mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises to provide technology and talents for downstream enterprises is described. The key points and effects of this model are expounded. The UPD model expands the technology output of upstream enterprises through the market-oriented operation of public technology service platform. Enhanced the technical service to the downstream enterprises, established the differentiated interest link between the school and the upstream and downstream enterprises, and made more enterprise resources participate in the talent training with the help of the agglomeration effect of the platform. The effectiveness and long-term effect of school-enterprise cooperation are well realized.
