基于“一带一路”战略的高职院校发展策略研究

【摘要】："一带一路"战略为提升我国高职教育国际吸引力、促进高职教育转型升级、创造更多人才红利等方面带来了良好的发展机遇,同时,也给我国高职教育带来了严峻的挑战:薄弱的基础能力制约了办学水平的提高;激烈的国际竞争遏制了人才培养的质量;众多的专业需求增加了师资培养的难度。高职院校要打造智慧校园,助力职业教育信息化;创新教育模式,拓展办学渠道多样化;注重专业调整,致力人才培养国际化;健全培训机制,促进师资队伍专业化。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" has brought good development opportunities for improving the international attractiveness of higher vocational education in our country, promoting the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational education, and creating more talents' dividends, etc., at the same time,It also brings severe challenges to higher vocational education in our country: weak basic ability restricts the improvement of school running level, fierce international competition restrains the quality of talent training, and numerous professional demands increase the difficulty of teacher training.Higher vocational colleges should build intelligent campus, help vocational education information; innovate educational model, expand the diversification of running channels; pay attention to professional adjustment, devote to the internationalization of talent training; improve the training mechanism, promote the professionalization of teachers.
