高职院校教师发展中心建设:从“胜任”走向“专业”

【摘要】：教师发展中心建设是高等职业院校促进教师专业化发展、从"胜任"走向"专业"的重要举措。促进每一位教师专业化发展是高职院校教师发展中心建设的基本目标,开展具有校本特征和职教特色的在职教师教育是高职院校教师发展中心建设的基本特征。高等职业院校教师发展中心有效促进教师专业化发展的举措包括:成立"校内教育学院"和"厂中教师学校",成立名师工作室、开设专家门诊,建立全体教师专业发展档案并使其成为教师发展的资源,建设、利用各种学术数据库、网络学习资源平台以及组建研究力量,捕捉高职院校教师发展中的个性和共性问题等。
[Abstract]:The construction of teacher development center is an important measure to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, from "competent" to "professional".To promote the professional development of each teacher is the basic goal of the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges, and to carry out in-service teacher education with the characteristics of school-based and vocational education is the basic characteristic of the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges.The measures taken by the teacher Development Center of higher Vocational Colleges to effectively promote the professional development of teachers include the establishment of the Indoor Institute of Education and the School of Teachers in factories, the establishment of renowned teacher studios and the opening of specialist outpatient clinics.To establish the professional development archives of all teachers and make them become the resources for the development of teachers, to construct and utilize various academic databases, network learning resource platforms and to set up research forces, to capture the individuality and common problems in the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, and so on.
