【摘要】:当前我国职业教育普教化严重,实践课环节经常出现学生对实习敷衍了事,,蒙混过关的现象,实习形式化严重。这其中可能有很多种原因:职业学校和提供实习的企业管理不力,学生本身的自制力差等等,但是根本原因还是在于学生在企业中进行实习工作的时候,没有一套有效的工作场所学习制度来作为支持。学生在企业进行工作实习的模式没有系统性和结构性,职业学校和企业不知道应该提供给学生什么样的实习模式,不知道应该以什么样的方式去让学生在工作场所中进行有效的学习。本文对芬兰职教学生在工作场所的学习过程进行研究,结合我国的具体国情,来总结出一套适合我国职教学生在工作场所中学习的有效模式,为我国职教学生工作技能水平的提高提供一条有效的途径。 本文共分四章。第一章主要论述选题依据、研究的背景和研究的思路。第二章通过分析与介绍芬兰酒店、咖啡馆、护理院、飞机维修四个行业的工作场所学习案例,来分析与总结芬兰的工作场所学习模式。第三章在案例的基础上分析与介绍了芬兰工作场所学习的具体原则、流程、方案。第四章针对我国职业技术教育的发展困境和面临的问题,结合芬兰工作场所学习的成功之处,提出一些参考性的建议与启示,以期为我国职业技术教育提供经验借鉴,从而推动我国职业技术教育的快速发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the vocational education in our country is becoming more and more serious, and the practice courses often appear the phenomenon of students muddling through the practice, and the formalization of practice is serious.There may be many reasons for this: poor management in vocational schools and enterprises that provide internships, poor self-control on the part of students themselves, and so on.There is no effective workplace learning system to support it.There is no systematic and structural model for students to conduct work internships in enterprises. Vocational schools and enterprises do not know what kind of internships should be offered to students.I don't know how to get students to learn effectively in the workplace.This paper studies the learning process of Finnish vocational education students in the workplace, combined with the specific conditions of our country, to sum up a set of effective models suitable for our vocational education students to learn in the workplace.It provides an effective way to improve the working skill level of vocational education students in our country.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the basis of the topic, research background and research ideas.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the workplace learning model of Finland by analyzing and introducing the workplace learning cases of Hotel Finlandia, coffee shop, nursing home and aircraft maintenance industry.The third chapter analyzes and introduces the specific principles, processes and programs of Finnish workplace learning on the basis of cases.In the fourth chapter, according to the difficulties and problems of vocational and technical education in our country, combined with the success of Finnish workplace learning, some suggestions and revelations are put forward in order to provide experience and reference for vocational and technical education in our country.So as to promote the rapid development of vocational and technical education in China.
